Shelbourne Estate site (part of the Morris Homes Group) is a very good company to do business with, many thank to Jess and Lynne's support, right from beginning to the end they explained everything to me in detail. The property I bought is in Upton area of Northampton, after collecting the keys the both offered after sales advice. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We were planning to put down an ‘off plan’ holding deposit for 3 bed house on a Shelbourne Estate site (part of the Morris Homes Group). The nearest site, which was already open, was Hunsbury Grange, Northampton. I contacted the sales person, Jess, to enquire if that particular house style was available for a viewing. It wasn’t one of the show houses, but there was one which was nearing completion. Jess liaised with the site manager to enable us to have a tour of the house, we were interested in. This was very helpful and Jess was very friendly and accommodating. She gave us plenty of time, showing us the finish options and show houses, bearing in mind that we were not buying on that site! We managed to reserve the house style we wanted at the other site. Thanks.

We have recently moved in to our new home at Hunsbury Grange, through Shellbourne Estates. We had an amazing experience with Lynne and Jess who looked after us from reservation through to completion, they provided us as a family with guidance and support through out our whole journey, nothing was ever too much trouble making sure everything was perfect for us as a family. We have also had a good journey with the site and customer care team since moving in.

We recently bought a property from Morris Homes on the Upholland Gardens Estate. The whole process from first purchase to moving in has been brilliant. The service from Pam in sales has been amazing, from our first meeting to the day we got the keys. On-site builders (Anthony and his team) have also been fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure all works have been carried out. Great team and fab house builders 👍😃

We recently brought a home with Shelbourne Estates and had a fantastic experience. Two employees who really made the difference were Jess and Lynne from the Hunsbury Grange team. From day one of enquiring about homes on this development Jess and Lynne were amazing and nothing was too much trouble they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for us. Buying a new home can be really stressful but our experience was wonderful with Shelbourne.Thank you both for all you did for us to secure our dream home.

I am writing before actually moving into the property, I am still a few months shy, so bear that in mind. However, my experience so far has been fantastic. The sales team Carol and Olwyn have been so helpful and genuine. No detail has been overlooked. They have made the whole buying experience a pleasure. If the show homes are anything to go off then I know my partner and I are going to be delighted with our new Morris home. Just can't wait to move in!

We moved into our Morris Home on Greenlakes Rise in April 2021. Nicky the Sales Advisor was helpful and always on hand throughout the buying process. As with all new build properties there has been the odd issue, i.e. nail pops, small cracks due to movement, windows needing adjusting. Morris Homes have been extremely efficient in resolving any issues, very happy to recommend.

I moved into my new build a year ago I had an inspection of end of defects and was a few repairs that needed doing I have posts missing in the garden, cracks in my banister bigger than a £1, cracked bath panel, big leak due to the plug not being fitted properly. my kitchen floor isn't even straight list goes on. this was in February we are now June and iv had no contact from them what so ever. Very disappointed
