Geeta is welcoming and happy to assist. I moved into my Morris Home at the Willows in Kineton over a year ago and Geeta remains on site in the sales office as the last few houses are sold. She always engages in conversation and wears a smile upon her face. Whilst any queries I have are done through the central customer service department Geeta is always happy to point me in the right direction or assist if she can.

GoogleWe have had issues with our new home including a broken bifold door which we raised in March. It is now September and nothing has been done. A number of contractors have been "booked" to fix it and they either do not turn up or do not know what was required and therefore are unprepared and cannot repair the door. We have taken annual leave on multiple occasions to let the contractors in and therefore lost out financially due to the messing around. We would like this to be sorted ASAP and compensation provided.

GoogleWonderful housing project from Morris Homes. Project is very well planned. From streets till buildings every thing is very well curated. We were really interested in buying a home “The Suffolk”. It was a 4 bedroom house but unfortunately all were sold out.

Morris Homes are poorly built. Buy one at your peril. The master bedroom door is not hung right ie spirit level shows its well out and the ceiling in the front room had to be reinforced has it looked like it was bellowing. The corner pieces between the ceiling and the wall in the master bedroom are also not straight thetes a slight bellow seen there and some rendering is poor. The main drain from the downstairs toilet is cracked and I'm told any repair is at my own cost. The house is leasehold and the leases through home ground working for Abacus are toxic having gone from £300 to £440 in 10 years. £140 is not the current RPI rate on £300 (March 2024) which they originally stated it would be. Its looking like our MORRIS HOME will be hard to sell now because of this technically trapping us here. Why would i want a 4 bed detached house and not own it? I have a landlord demanding money from me and restricting what I can and can't do in my own home. The road has been left unadopted and Morris Homes who built the houses won't take responsibility for that either even though it's already wearing out in the 10 years we have been here and is still unadopted by the local council. I wouldn't buy any of their homes not one. The build quality is rubbish. Don't be misguided by their sales tactics they leave you high and dry. Your home is your kingdom its a shame mines crumbling around me.

We visited the Morris homes site in Kineton and viewed the show home and two possible houses. Geeta the sales advisor was very attentive and informative and gave willingly of her time. We were impressed by the houses , liked the village location but for us the garden fell short of our expectations with a high retaining wall topped by an even higher fence at the back of the garden. We would not be proceeding with a purchase.

We have lived in our house at The Willows for a year now, and are very happy with the service we have received from our first viewing until now. Any problems that have cropped up have been promptly and efficiently attended to. We like the surroundings and are feeling quite settled in the house.

Jess and Lynne are amazing! We are still waiting for our new home to be built, but Jess and Lynne at Shelbourne estate in Upton are so amazing! They was with us any time we needed them! Giving an advise of colour choices, e.t.c! Viewing show homes and our new build! Can't wait to get keys and move in!

The sales assistant was friendly, helpful and informative. The show homes were beautiful and the location is handy for transport links. Some of the units in the kitchen could have been fitted correctly, as they were not straight. However, this was purely cosmetic and did not detract from the house itself.

We turned up at this site with no appointment. Hannah was very welcoming friendly and fun to talk too. She asked us a few questions and listened to what we wanted. She showed us a beautiful show home without an appointment and it was very close to her finishing time but this didn’t bother her. She didn’t rush us 1 bit. She suggested a house for us and even arranged a viewing at another site. She is very professional not pushy and extremely helpful. Thank you Hannah for making this such a pleasant experience so far.

I recently moved to one of the Morris Davenham Homes at Wintringham, I absolutely love my new home. I have had quite a few snagging issues which are currently being dealt with. Angela in the sales office has been fantastic, she went above and beyond sometimes to ensure I finally got into my new home which was a very long process. She was always helpful and communicated very well through all of the buying processes. I would recommend Morris Homes.
