Would never buy a house from Morris Homes again! They use incompetent contractors, who quite frankly i wouldn't pay in washers!I produced a 22 page snag sheet with photos. Ended up writing to the CEO / MD. Was never fully compensated for their poor service and workmanship.

As a first time buyerMy experience from showroom till date have been above and beyond.All the staff on and off site have been so friendly honest and helpful. The house is amazing, there was a couple of small issues due to me being picky I asked for a touch up on a cupboard door and they delivered straight away with out questions.I have thoroughly enjoyed my buying process with Morris homes, from meeting Lynne and Jess and going through this process with them till the end with Scott as well, and can't recommend them enough.Even to today's date they are ensuring we're okay Scott even turned our outside tap off for the cold period as he knew we would probably forget.It's also lovely seeing friendly faces everyday and being waved at, it's like being a part of a community.

Super helpful in the showroom and advised amazing especially when we had to pick out our choices. We had 2 kids (4 & 5 years old at the time) with us and supported us all the way through. Post sales has been good as well. We’ve had some issues with house like with all new builds but site team have been super helpful in supporting address those. Sometimes not as quick but not slow either.

We called in at the Princes Meadow Development at Kirkham today just off spec and even though we didn’t have an appointment Hannah was so welcoming and helpful . As she was in between appointments she fortunately had time to explain everything to us and we even managed to get a tour around the site . Excellent service .

Me and my partner went to have a chat about the houses on the development, and Ruth and Tracey were absolutely fantastic!! They stayed over for us just to talk us through the ins and outs of the property and were super helpful! We are very happy here, because we are pleased with the design, and benefits of our new house. The house is very stylish, comfortable and when our friends, and relatives come to visit us always they have said to us what a nice development. The houses are surrounded by nice trees, parks, and shrubs, with nice people always walking with dogs, and families. As I am a Gardner it was a great surprise to see how many gardens are all around the properties. The staff are always lovely, professional, and very helpful, we are grateful for their help and assistance at all times nothing is too much of a problem for them, my special thanks to Lynn, Jessica, Ian and Scott. It is so nice to live in a place where we feel safe with such good neighbours close by to us. David

Moved into our new Henley home on The Downing Gardens Gamlingay site in September 2022. We were very happy with the sales team led by Tina who also liaised with the sale of our existing home. On the whole after the expected minor snags we are delighted with the build quality and finish of our new home.

We went to the Kirkham, Lancashire development. Hannah was so helpful. We viewed both of the show homes and then Hannah took us around the site so we could get a feel for the development layout and view the various build types. She also arranged for us to view different show homes on other developments so that we could make informed decisions based on our budget. We can’t overstate as to how welcoming, clued up and professional Hannah & her colleagues were. Thank you.

We recently bought a home on one of the Shelbourne developments. Claire, the sales manager gave us excellent customer care from the moment we made a house enquiry, right up until the day we moved in. The builders on-site and Paul, the Site Manager, have been excellent. They are always available and prompt to answer any questions we might have about our new build property. We would not hesitate to recommend Shelbourne and feel very lucky to live in our beautiful new home in an exquisite setting.Laura & Matt

We have been thinking of buying a new home and we have viewed several sites. We then visited Morris Homes at Princes Meadow, Hannah our advisor, was very welcoming, went above and beyond to help us and advise us about how to start the process, explained each step in detail and advised me of the best ways to proceed. I had a lot of questions but we was not rushed or dismissed at any point. Each of my questions was answered and explained. Hannah was very informative. I recently purchased a new build property for the first time and Morris/Shelbourne have exceeded my expectations. The sales team genuinely care! Jess and Lynne went above and beyond throughout the process, they have been and continue to be amazing! The site team have also been great, they’ve been quick and efficient at resolving any issues that I’ve had, and have been super helpful. For anyone looking to buy a new build, I would highly recommend Morris/Shelbourne!!

I have been shopping around a number of new homes sites over the past few weeks and met a number of sales advisors. Only one place has really stuck in my mind and that was St Michaels Park in Northampton. Jeanette and Aimee were so welcoming and gave me all the time I needed even though I wasn't ready to buy right there and then. Their knowledge of the area and the houses was second to none. When the time is right I will definitely be going back.

Having both my wife and myself caught Covid-19 at the time of completion, and so not able to physically take possession of our new home, at St Michael’s Park, Northampton, Sales team, Aimee and Jeanette, did everything they could to ensure that our delay, before moving in, was without worry or strife. They have both been most helpful, quick and accommodating in fixing any problems when they have occurred. We felt relaxed when dealing with them when we first met them, due to the friendly way they conduct themselves, whist showing us round the show homes. They kept us informed of the progress prior to completion, making us feel that Morris homes cares for its customers. Lovely ladies both.

📌Quite disappointed in a day (4/11/2022) I was supposed to be thrilled - incorrect bathroom flooring placed even though I told them during their installation that they had the wrong colour. They kept installing the wrong floor to get the mortgage.- Expected to have wardrobes from hammonds in the 3 bedrooms, nothing in yet. No date planed to change the incorrect floor or have my wardrobes installed. 📌3 WEEKS LATER and I still don’t have my wardrobes.. .THOSE WHICH HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID.The finishes were poorly done: I have hair and dusts stuck to the sealant… We have dirty soda cans in the loft... - Paid upfront for electronic garage door, not delivered in 3 weeks and when scheduled there was no proper electrical setup for it. I have asked for my money back , nothing yet. They have the product, my money and I have nothing, not even an answer. It's frustrating...very disappointed with Morris.📌 29/11 was the date scheduled by hammonds and Morris to finish my third and last wardrobe. They didn’t show up and didn’t call to let us know. This was previously marked by the company themselves....and THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP. The wardrobes have already been paid. IN FULL. I don’t have my money or my wardrobes, it looks and feels like we're being deceived. SHAME. We have been sending emails to Morris with no commitments, NO ASNWER. - I still have the 2 previously half-installed wardrobes to fix: one is poorly finished, missing shelves and cut in half , and the other wardrobe is missing two drawers. - I'm still waiting for the refunds for other things not delivered - electronic garage, lights, sockets - all which had been paid in full and expected to be refunded over a week ago. Another deceit.

I bought a Shelbourne Estates property at Hunsbury Grange in April 2021 ( reservation in December 2020 ). The Customer service has been excellent through all the process with Lynn and Jessica ( reservation - choosing options - assisting with the move - completion). I would like to highlight that the customer care service has also been excellent in rectifying and fixing a few issues you would expect with a new property. I would recommend Shelbourne Estates If you look for a high quality team to purchase a property. They really care of you after you have moved in which is kind of piece of mind if any issue arise. Highly recommend Shelbourne Estate !
