TrustpilotThe ‘people’ make the difference at Morris Homes - thank you Tracey at Arkall Farm
From the moment I met Tracey from Morris Homes at Arkall Farm I felt like I was her only priority - she gave me such a warm welcome and really knows how to make each potential purchaser feel like they matter. She has a natural ability to make people feel at ease and was extremely patient and kind providing detailed information and answering any questions I had without rushing me or pushing for the sale. She knows that making a house purchase is a big decision and it was important to her that I understood the ethos and values of Morris Homes - that their priority was to ensure we found a ‘home’ and not just a ‘house’. I went back the following day to reserve the property I had viewed and complete some paperwork and started the purchasing process the day after - I can’t wait to move into my new home! The whole experience was so different to others I’ve had where the sales advisors can often ignore or dismiss you - the ‘people’ really are the difference at Morris Homes. Thank you so much Tracey for all of your help so far - you really are a credit to your company.

TrustpilotMorris Homes - Wintringham
We recently completed on our new home at a Morris Homes development in Wintringham, St. Neots. The warwick is like a dream home, amazing planning and very well built. Our sales contact was Angela and she came up with the exact offer that we needed to go ahead with this property. She was very helpful throughout connecting us with the mortgage broker and the solicitor. Angela responded to our queries quickly all the time and was very helpful to follow up on our behalf with the mortgage advisor and solicitor as required. We are very happy with the service we received and with our new home. Thank you very much!

TrustpilotI visited Morris homes
I visited Morris homes, Wintringham, St Neots to look for our first home. We didn't have an appointment, however, Angela the sales advisor was so welcoming and helpful. We will certainly look to buy a Morris home once we have enough deposit saved as the development looked really great and the homes have a lot of character for new build homes.

TrustpilotPerfect new home :)
From our first visit to view the show homes at Hunsbury Grange through to moving in we have had the best service. Such a friendly team who have all made our move a lovely experience. Special thank you to Lynne, Jess and Scott. The standard of our house is above and beyond our expectations. It has a lovely finish and definitely to a higher standard than other new build properties we viewed. The site contractors have all been a pleasure to deal with. We love our new home and we would highly recommend a Shelbourne Estates Home.

TrustpilotExceptional help. Great experience
Hannah at Prince’s Meadows Kirkham has been fantastic. We were unsure of what we wanted initially and she arranged for us to see show homes on other sites before deciding on which house we preferred. She has then taken time to show us around the site as well as advising us on options fo4 support selling our house and putting us in touch with a mortgage advisor. Nothing has been too much trouble. She is always very friendly and cheerful

TrustpilotGreat experience
We booked an appointment at Prince’s Meadows Kirkham. Our sales advisor Hannah was extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived for our appointment and she talked us through what would be the best property to suit us. Hannah then showed us round the site, gave us a tour of a home we’re interested in. Finally she helped set us up with a mortgage advisor to help get the process started.

We are buying our second home with Morris at the Churchfields site in Standish. We cannot recommend or thank Julie enough for all her help with both purchases, she is an absolute star and goes above and beyond for anything you need. Julie has kept us updated at each step and is always super friendly / welcoming when going into the site office. Safe to say, she has made our experience so much easier!

I viewed a property at Morris Homes at Hugglescote. The homes have lovely bifold patio doors, the kitchen has good quality units. I would have loved to have bought it, but the house was out of my price range. I would definitely recommend you view the properties. Roger is extremely helpful and is happy to answer any questions.

I rarely write reviews but I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Claire and Paul at Morris Homes, Shelbourne. It’s been excellent from start to finish, going above and beyond to make the move to our new home as smooth as possible. Built to a fabulous standard and any little snag dealt with immediately. Thank you so much, all the little touches are so appreciated. Would highly recommend!
