GoogleBuying my first home off plan with Morris Homes was a fantastic experience. Angela's support during the process, from keeping me updated to helping with finishes, was invaluable. Post-handover, the site managers Nick and Sarita exceeded expectations, promptly addressing snags and going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my move-in. I highly recommend Morris Homes for a seamless and stress-free homebuying experience.

I popped into the sales office this week and was greeted by Jeannette. She made the whole experience effortless and will be keeping the site in mind once more shared ownership homes become available.

TrustpilotMost of positive reviews are before moving in
Reading the bad reviews, my experience is very similar. Flooded garden, poor standards and customer service not interested. Please note that most of the positive reviews are to do with experiences before moving in. Once you have moved in, everything changes. Don’t recommend this company at all if you want decent standards and after buying support

TrustpilotSeamless Home Sale & Purchase
Since my original viewing with Paula & Jo at Bartle Meadows in Preston, the service from all at Morris Homes has been nothing short of exemplary. Paula & Jo made the process of reserving the house efficient, painless & unpressurised, all whilst keeping us thoroughly informed and most importantly reassured & secure throughout the process. They both guided us with saint-like patience through the painful (for me!) process of choosing from all of the options for the kitchens, bathrooms and all of the other accessories & extras, of which my missus thought was heaven! Julie has been our main point of contact since the reservation was confirmed and she could not have been any more professional, courteous, friendly, informative and thorough, she is a true credit to the team and has made the process of buying a new house, painless! We had our pre-move in site meeting today with Dave (Site Manager) & Julie and left even more excited than we were before we went. Dave went through everything with precise detail, leaving me with the upmost confidence that the house had been built to high spec, and genuinely portrayed that if we had any issues, he’d do his best to rectify them to the best of his ability, as quickly as possible. (Dave you owe me a beer!!)You hear horror stories of people buying new builds from all around the country, however the service from all at Morris Homes & Bartle Meadows has been impeccable from start to finish, and we could not recommend the house and the service we received any higher. Many thanks and we can’t wait to complete tomorrow!! Steve & Caitlin

Popped in to Hunsbury Grange at Shelbourne Estayes to view a potential future property and I was highly impressed by the quality and the spec’s of the properties. And what stood out even more was the lovely Jess who went over and beyond to show me around the houses and explained everything thoroughly. Jess made me feel really confident in purchasing a house at Hunsbury Grange and I highly recommend going to see her!

Popped into the sales centre today and met a very nice lady called Jeannette who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the development.Unfortunately for us she didn't have any 5 bed properties on the market, except the showhome which we thought was really well set out and clean. Would look to buy in the future

TrustpilotClaire & Margie Super Helpful
I Visited the Grange site in Formby last weekend, had the pleasure of dealing with Claire who was super friendly and knowledgeable, informing me of new regulations regarding energy efficiency, I was very impressed . She sent me over to see the show home at Pavilion Row, Margie was also very helpful and approachable. We are still thinking about selling our current home, however I will definitely be back to the Grange if we do sell.

TrustpilotSpeak to Jess. She is so helpful
After a visit to the Hunsbury Grange development I thought I would take this chance to say what amazing service I got from Jess. Having never looked at a "New" home before Jess explained the in's and out's and all the benefits of buying brand new. I am now currently deciding when I will be back in contact with Jess to proceed further once some more plots are released!
