TrustpilotBuilt like s#!t
Bought a Morris home in June 2014.Had nothing but nasty surprises ever since.Cannot remember all the things on the snagging list as there are far too many to mention. Also been fobbed off by what they call 'customer service'.The road still hasn't been adopted and there is a decent sized pot hole outside my house that is growing by the years.Every time we make improvements we are met with the harsh reality of all their bodged jobs. The downstairs WC had a crack in the soil pipe and was incorrectly fitted so that raw sewage was collecting on the floor behind. To remedy this means digging out the concrete floor and replacing. We had a new front door fitted recently and this is when we discovered that our front garden was actually landscaped above the damp course. There has been traces of damp in the living room, and the air brick that was buried under the soil probably helped the masses of worms, slugs and woodlice that wefrequently get. Remedial work to take out alot of the soil, put in aco drains and is costing around £1000. Then there's the cost of replacing established shrubs.Let's not mention the toxic lease that has increased by 47% after 10 years.Thinking of buying a Morris home???Don't bother

TrustpilotLathom Grange - Lisa
Couldn’t be happier we our move into our new home at Latham Grange. Lisa was such a huge help for us during the whole process. She definitely went above and beyond to help us get moved in . We had a lot of trouble with solicitors and delays, but Lisa was constantly there to help us out and get us into our new home. She’s been there from start to finish to offer us advice, help chase things up, and reassure us when things looked a bit unsure. Now that we have moved in, Lisa is still available and is providing us with support with any enquiries we have. We are looking forward to the remainder of the houses being built, however, we’ll be very sad to see Lisa leave the site.Highly recommend Morris Homes to anyone looking for a new build.

TrustpilotNo regard for residents when building
My mother who is in her 80s lives by the construction site of Greenmount Manor in Bury. Despite calls to Morris Homes, she is now highly stressed by the construction practices in place at the site. I was not surprised to find that Morris Homes are not registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme. They seem to have no consideration for local residents and I would encourage anyone living in an area where they are planning construction to resist this.

TrustpilotThe Willows Kineton
Geeta at The Willows in Kineton has been very helpful and friendly, I feel she has done her best to support me through the process of buying a new build and is very knowledgeable. She was very helpful in negotiating with the company. Communication is good and timely. Geeta spent a lot of time helping me with choices of kitchen, flooring etc.The process is not yet complete but so far i am very happy. Thank you Geeta.Only negative comment is the pressure to exchange and complete when issues are often out of buyers control.

TrustpilotPrinces Meadows, Kirkham, Lytham
I recently viewed some new build houses at Princes Meadows, Lytham & had the pleasure of being dealt with by sales advisor - Hannah Pendergast. I have never been a fan of new build homes however the quality of the Morris Homes show homes viewed & the professional friendly treatment we received from Hannah has changed my opinion. Hannah knew everything about all of the house designs & answered every question asked immediately. She was extremely professional !The quality of the houses were finished to a very high standard & offered good quality appliances. The only downside for me were the garden sizes weren't very large although that's what I expected from a modern housing estate.Seriously considering relocating to this development. Thank you Hannah !

We were a “walk-in” to a small estate nearly completely sold. Geeta was very welcoming and made time for us even though she had limited time due to another appointment. We made an appointment the next day to bring our son. We are early in the process but so far have found Morris Homes, a brand I had not heard of before, highly satisfactory.

TrustpilotGreat service from Geeta at Kineton
We recently viewing some new homes in Kineton constructed by Morris Homes. The service received from Geeta was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and completely understood our requirements. Having looked at several properties, we thought she was extremely professional and a credit to Morris Homes. The only reason we didn’t pursue a home here was simply down to location. We decided to offer on a house closer to where we presently live.

Geeta at the Willows Kineton was very knowledgeable and spent time taking us round the last few homes for sale on this estate. Although we didn’t buy in the end it wasn’t anything to do with Geeta who did a great job of representing Morris Homes.

TrustpilotMorris homes at Kineton
We visited Morris Homes in Kineton and we had a brilliant time exploring the showhome, with a thought to securing our own new build in the future. Geeta from the marketing suite took us round and couldn’t have been more helpful or done enough to ensure we got the most out of our visit. The homes are beautiful and the customer service is excellent. We are at the start of our moving journey, having recently had our house valued, but this has given us plenty of food for thought.

TrustpilotRecent experience at Morris Homes Development in Kineton, Warwickshire.
My wife and I had a great experience when we visited the Morris Homes Willows development in Kineton Warwickshire recently. We happened to be passing the site on our first ever visit to Kineton and were fortunate to meet Geeta in the sales office. Although busy with other clients Geeta took the time to greet us and make an appointment for a viewing the following day.During the subsequent viewing Geeta demonstrated great kindness, attentiveness, patience and professionalism. All of our questions were answered as best as she was able and the explanations of our options to purchase were clear and understandable given that we had moved house for many years. I would certainly recommend Morris Homes and Geeta’s approach to house sales to family and friends.
