After an unscheduled visit to the Grange in Formby, we met with Claire the sales adviser. She gave us a tour of the show home after which she went through the process of what would be entailed in purchasing a new build home. She was very knowledgeable and professional in answering all our queries and we left feeling more confident in progressing forward with the purchase. Thank you Claire.

We gave heen in our new home now for 14 months. In that time, although initially pleased with the home, we have had 4 or 5 leaks that have caused water to leak through the ceiling into our lounge. Water has run down the walls and into the skirting boards. Our carpet and underfelt is now wet and we have to put up with the damp smell. It has come to the point when we are actually worried to come downstairs in case there is another leak. Morris Customer services have been very good in their response to sorting out the problems but should we have to put up with these problems in a house worth over half a million pounds?

After a visit to Hunsbury Grange I thought i'd right a review as The lady I dealt with has been amazing. From the moment I arrived onsite Jess was friendly and extremely knowledgable. She made me feel very welcome. I have not even brought a "new build" house and she explained to me exactly how things are done. Jess is an asset to the company and she made a great cuppa too!

I was looking for a new home for myself and my children, a stressful time! I wasn't relishing the idea of meeting salespeople at all! I had no need to worry! Jess at Hunsbury Grange has been patient and knowledgeable! Communication is quick and easy. She has never been pushy or tried to coerce me into decisions. She has kept a close eye on all the legal drudgery that a chain brings with it. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company so far. Thanks Jess!

We visited the Morris homes Pavillion site in Formby, Merseyside today. Met Margie the sales lady who is very friendly and professional. Gave us lots of information about the site and as we have got a buyer for our house we will be able to put a deposit down on one of their homes later this week. Everything in their homes are very good quality and specifications are of a high standard. Margie is there to offer support all the way on a purchase and we wound highly recommend her. We are on a tight budget and she is very helpful in ensuring we meet our expectations financially. She is certainly a great asset to Morris homes. Also thanks to Ann who we met last week at the site. Thank you both and see you later next week when we return with our deposit. Peter and Tina

We recently purchased a property with Morris Homes The Grange Development and part exchanged our existing home with them also.Can praise Claire the Sales Advisor enough, she was very friendly and helpful on the first day we visited the sales office. In addition she explained the various options available to us in terms of purchasing a property, and recommended a conveyancer and mortgage broker. She also kept us up to date on all aspects of the purchase and part exchange and kept things on track. Can’t recommend enough!!

Beyond expectations...We have had the pleasure of buying and living in a Shelbourne Estate's home now as have completed. The sales team, Jess & Lynne at Hunsbury Grange are simply phenomenal. No task is too small and every bit as friendly as you'd hope. The options and finish is beyond our expectations and we are so glad to have had this experience. Working in the industry this is not normal for a new build buying experience and the finish of the homes is equally impressive. Way more than we expected.Thank you Jess & Lynne!!

the quality of the fitting and fixtures are very good.it would have been 5 stars except for insuffcient socket outlets especially in the kitchen/diningarea, also no shaver socket.not one toiletry cupboard which made life difficult when we first moved in .otherwise we love the house house and Morris homes have been excellent.

We reserved a house at the Shelbourne Estate development in Fulbourn, and we couldn't be happier with the experience, thanks to Kim, our sales advisor. From start to finish, Kim made the entire process smooth, effective, and genuinely pleasant. She helped us to choose a plot that meets our needs and provided expert advice on all the options and extras to make sure our new home is just right for us. Kim went above and beyond, even staying late on a Sunday evening to assist us with the process. We’re excited to move into our new home soon!

We very recently moved into our new home at Hugglescote Grange and we are super happy with it. Pauline from the sales office has been really helpful throughout the process.With it being a new build, we were expecting a list of snags as soon as we moved in, but have hardly found a thing, it's brilliant. The site manager Richard is really friendly and can't do enough to help and is always around if anything is needed.We are so happy with our new house and would highly recommend Morris Homes.

Buying the house was a great experience with Julie and the team in the office. They helped us through the process and kept us informed along the way. The house itself is a lovely design and overall we’re very happy, however, some of the cosmetic workmanship wasn’t up to standard. Brush strokes in the paint, dust in the paint, rough wood not sanded etc. The aftercare has been amazing! Matt the site manager has made himself available, listened to our issues and got them sorted incredibly quickly. He’s an asset to the site!

From start to finish it’s been clear that Morris Homes are a customer focused builder. Carol and Vic at Penwortham have gone over and above on so many occasions, everything from the initial plot choice, through to updating the available tile options, keeping us informed about progress and making the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. Even with potential delays to the build - the team at Morris pulled out all the stops to get our house completed in time. And what a house. I couldn’t be happier with our beautiful home. High quality fixtures and fittings, a very short snag list (Kudos to Lewis here for getting things sorted so efficiently!) and fabulous after sales service too. Must also mention the brilliant trades on site - polite, friendly and it seems to be a happy positive place. I would definitely recommend Morris, and Carol and Vic to take care of everything you need.
