We visited the morris homes development at Kirkham today as wanted to see in person two of the show homes. Hannah the sales manager of this site was very knowledgeable and showed us around the development and also lets us look at some different house types in addition to the show homes. Hannah was lovely and took her time to explain things and spent a significant amount of time with us. We did not feel pressured at all, it actually helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought about previously.

The sales advisor Lizette, at the Broadacre site in Lytham St.Annes has been extremely helpful from the moment I decided to buy a Morris Home. While the pandemic caused building delays, it was worth the wait and she was helpful all the way. She is a very pleasant to deal with and I’ve had no problems with the company. Any small snags that the building had were dealt with very quickly. I’ve been in my new home two years and I love the style, layout and location.

Fantastic customer service. Jeanette always went above and beyond during my experience with Morris Homes. This was my first experience buying a house and Jeanette made it as stress free as possible because she was always proactive and efficient during my sale. It has been a pleasure dealing with Jeanette she was always warm and friendly which is what you would want during a house sale. She always remained professional and a great representative for Morris Homes. During my experience with Morris homes I also dealt with Will the site manager who has also been great. Very helpful and informative and a genuinely a nice man. Everyone one I’ve had contact with from Morris homes has been so friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. Very pleased I chose to buy with Morris homes as there was a few new builders in my area but because of the experience I’ve had and how lovely my home is I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else! Hampton Water - I visited the show homes and I had the most enjoyable visit. On arrival I was given a very warm greeting by Rob. Rob was very helpful and a great host (he also made an excellent cup of coffee). It was clear that Rob is very passionate about his role and Morris Homes. Rob was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions that I posed to him. The show homes were also really beautiful. Good quality, very well presented and very homely. Also ideally situated, overlooking the lake. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Morris Homes if you are looking to move to the Peterborough area.

The whole buying process, choosing the interior and even getting recommendations for solicitors and mortgage advisors from Hannah was second to none, she really knows her stuff and the right people to talk to. Damien (site manager) and his team were also very good when it came to correcting snags, just takes a little longer than thought to get them corrected. Absolutely love my new home and excited to continue to make it my own.

We have been delighted with our new home. There have been no serious issues other than the eflourescence that has formed on the brickwork since the purchase. A few minor issues were corrected effectively and speedily. However the white residue that has formed on the brickwork has not been resolved. Lizette in the sales office has been professional,helpful and supportive throughout.

He is extremely well informed and a has a great way of communicating information which has really helped us navigate our way through the process of purchasing the house and making the internal choices. He has been prompt with replies and gracious with us when we’ve needed confirmation and clarification. Over all a great combination of a really nice and really profession guy.

We moved into our new Morris home at Princes Meadows in Kirkham just over a year ago. The experience we have had to date has been second to none. Hannah and the site team were extremely helpful and always on hand to answer or deal with queries. Any issues/snags were dealt with efficiently and timely. The aftercare customer service has also been most notable.I would not hesitate to recommend Morris Homes Princes Meadows to any prospective customers.

After plenty of visits to houses in the area with a variety of builders and locations we chose Morris Homes at Princes Meadow. Initially not convinced of Kirkham, we visited the Morris Homes at Lytham and Cottam as well but Kirkham was to be our destination. After so many visits looking at the show homes and the area we had dealt with a variety of Morris sales contacts. However once we had decided we came across Hannah who whilst being direct it was Hannah that finally sealed the deal with her professionalism and her dedication to getting the sale over the line. Our complication of having a long chain didnt daunt Hannah she kept checking in with us every week after chasing the chain. Actually we found out more about our chain from Hannah than our own Estate Agent. The day of the move came The Removal company tried to dampen the excitement of the move with a few challenges but after a few long days the benefits that we sought were and are clear to see. With the support of Hannah throughout the process and latterly Ian the site contact who has been so eager to make sure that the early issues are dealt with promptly. Into our third week we are still going through snagging but the only major isssue of any real concern is the grass that has not dealt with the rain at all well. But Ian has a plan to address it and Im convinced that we will get to a solution. The decision to buy Morris was on quality of the build and location, after a few weeks we might have regretted the upheaval of the move but havent doubted we made the right choice to move to Morris Homes at Kirkham.

I absolutely love my home on Morris homes - Broadacre! I bought my house around 6 months ago, this is the first time I've bought a new build house and wasn't sure what to expect but (despite what some of these reviews might say about Morris) my experience has been flawless. Throughout my purchase I dealt with Lizette - she was helpful, knowledgeable and was always there to answer any questions! The quality of my home is superb - way above what I expected and what I had seen from other house builders - its clear the construction team take the time to get this right and care about the product they are selling, it's a fantastic development!! To anyone looking at reviews on here wondering whether to buy a Morris home, I would definitely recommend them based on my experience. Huge thank you to Lizette and the construction team for making buying and moving homes so easy!!

We visited The Grange last week as visiting our daughter in Crosby as we currently live down south and will be hopefully looking to move to Formby this year. We were greeted by the most pleasant, happy sales lady Claire who also shares the same name as myself. She walked us through to the show home and explained all the features and new regs on this development. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We could see the quality was so much better to the other builders on that site. Claire gave us all the information we required for now. Definitely will look again once in a position to buy.

If you were able to provide some kind of scheme for us youngsters desperate to get on the property ladder, that would be amazing! We were looking at buying a house in Peterborough, more specifically in the Hampton area, when we met Rob at the Hampton Water development. Rob helped us a lot by taking his time to explain the whole new build purchasing process and he gave us helpful advice on the sale of our property too. He explained each of the many different ways Morris Homes could help to make the process as simple as possible. When we were ready to reserve our new home Rob did his absolutely best to get us our dream home we fell in love with, that we didn't think we could get. Rob has been in touch with us and updating us on the progress of the purchase regularly, and he even helped us resolving a communication issue between the solicitors involved in the process to avoid any delays. We are very happy with Rob and we are glad he is our sales agent from Morris Homes. Having come from a different developer's new build house, we are glad to see Morris Homes is building high quality homes and they are actually better than most big brands out there. We would definitely recommend Morris Homes to our friends and family over any other builders we've met so far.

Lizette was very knowledgeable about the new estate. She showed us the bigger house but we realised we didn’t want to spend that much. After meeting a lady buying a part share home we again looked at the 3 bed semi we had previously viewed with Phil. We loved it and knew straight away we wanted it. Lizette was brilliant. Showing us all the details, what was included etc. we have now got ourself a new home at a great price with nothing to do 👏👏👏
