I've worked with many of Norwich's estate agencies to buy and sell houses over 15 years. Quite frankly none are close to matching the knowledge, attitude and professional service I've experienced at Minors & Brady. Whether it's Sam at viewings, Matthew, Connie and Charlie setting up viewings and skillfully negotiating the price, or Gina managing sales through to completion...all the team fully support you through the process. There's a very good reason why every street in Norwich has atleast one Minors & Brady sale board, they are market leaders!

Thoroughly recommend Minors & Brady as an agency that is fast and responsive. I wanted multi agency to sell my property in this market, but I could have saved myself the bother. Charlie came and assessed the flat and gave good advice on pricing, had the paperwork back in 24 hours and sold within a week!

All at Minors & Brady were great throughout my sale, but this is a particular mention for the wonderful Rosie Turley, who was the very necessary midwife (After sales manager) to the sale of my house. Everything you want in the best possible midwife! Calm, wise, efficient, extremely empathetic, genuinely so, with both vendor and purchaser, which is how she ensure that both sides remained in touch, and in pursuit of a good outcome, during a really tricky process. It was a very long and wearing struggle and at times it looked really vulnerable. Rosie has been amazing. Her patience tact and thoughtful skill in her management of the people involved and the process was outstanding. Rosie’s enormous capacity for well-expressed, genuine, empathy, and her ability to keep all sides on board no matter how frayed tempers became has saved this sale. She has managed to maintain a really great relationship with both sides throughout, and without that I think it would have fallen through. Solicitors can be tough to understand in their arrangements and Rosie was great, prodding where necessary and talking us all down when things were stressful. Rosie’s unusual ability to combine real professionalism with great sensitivity is exceptional - and she is such a pleasure to deal with. I think Rosie will by now be blushing adequately so I will just say also that Minors & Brady have been the best estate agency experience I have ever had. The pricing was right, the photography was wonderful, the marketing was perfect, and the communications have been excellent all through.

I have had a long and at times problematic sale at first with probate taking ages and purchases falling through.Then Minors and Brady came on board and put together a superb marketing plan which had my property sold in a month and for my ideal asking price.The Dereham team did a great job.I would like mention Caitlin Cannel from aftersale s in particular. She has been outstanding and worked tirelessly to keep things moving.She had a very professional but friendly and helpful approach and is very quick to respond.Gives good advice and helped with recommending other moving services. 5 STARS ALL ROUND. Many thanks to Daniel Emery also every one else involved.I now exchanging contracts at last with M & B handing my onward property also. .Highly recommended.
