GoogleThroughout a very difficult purchase, we found Jasmine Flit in the after sales office to be a great help. Whenever I called or emailed she responded straight away, and made me feel as though she was doing her absolute best to make the chain work. When things were coming down to the wire, Jasmine kept me up to date with courtesy calls almost daily. She was always cheery even in the face of adversity and believe me there was a lot of that, yet she kept her cool and got the job done………thanks Jasmine!

GoogleMet George from the Lowestoft office, he was spot on time, well presented and had all the details relating to the property to hand. Good local knowledge and listened to our requirements. We all concluded this property was not for us, but George made notes on our requirements and is looking to follow up our meeting with new opportunities asap when they come to market. I have every confidence he will find us our dream home. Sue and Martyn Price (Devon)

GoogleMinors & Brady have been absolutely superb throughout the entire process of selling my Mum's house. Initially worked with Dan to get the property on the market & listed with the drone shots, it sold within a couple of days, Dan even arranged the completion of all the paperwork for Mum including getting it delivered back to the conveyancers which was greatly appreciated. After-sales moved to Jasmine who without doubt was absolutely amazing - Jasmine stepped way over, above & beyond to ensure the sales process completed given the both the assigned conveyancing as well as solicitors teams were absolutely inept. Jasmine's attention to detail, her relentless pursuit within the process & sheer determination were the only reason that this whole process completed successfully, she ran rings around anyone else that we had to deal with - her communications skills were brilliant, often responding way out of business hours to ensure that we were constantly kept up to date. Both Jasmine & Dan are a complete asset to Minors & Brady, a huge thank you to you both for an amazing job extremely well done !
Dear Carl, Thank you so much for your fantastic review and for sharing your experience with Minors & Brady. We're thrilled to hear that we were able to provide superb service throughout the process of selling your Mum's house. We're delighted that the property sold within a couple of days, and we're glad that Dan also took care of the paperwork, ensuring a smooth process for your mother. Both Jasmine and Dan are valued members of our team, and we will make sure to pass on your gratitude to them. Thank you for entrusting Minors & Brady with the sale of your mother's house, and if you ever require our services in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us. Best wishes, Minors & Brady

GoogleI've met Hannah Graver on three viewings now. She's always smiling, punctual, and has been polite and tactile when home owners or tenants have been present. Hannah has remembered everything I've told her, and best of all she doesn't patronise you by using marketing speak, like some other estate agents can.

GoogleMinors & Brady have been brilliant with the sale of my property. The photography including drone shots was indeed excellent. The bungalow sold within 2 days of being on the market at a good price. The after sales follow up was excellent in the hands of Jasmine who went above the call of duty getting the property to completion. Both myself &.my buyers had not got the best of solicitors to do the conveyancing & it was Jasmine who pushed & made completion happen today. So thanks a lot to Dan for his expertise & to Jasmine for her hard work getting the sale to completion. Excellent work.

GoogleHannah graver from minors & brady met us at a property we were interested in to show us around. Straight away she made us feel comfortable, being first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect. Hannah was very friendly and professional answering any questions we had. We had previously viewed 2 other properties with others companies and Hannah was by far the best, we would definitely use minors & Brady and Hannah again. That house was not for us but we looking forward to viewing more with you, thanks for not making us feel like we had know idea what we were doing!

GoogleI’ve just purchased my house and would like to thank Minors & Brady for the continued excellent service. Hannah in particular was very patient with multiple visits, and Jasmine did a great job of pushing after sales queries and arranging final clearance when it looked like things were faltering. Very impressed. (Steve C) … Chloe showed us a property (Sat Aug 4) and was excellent. Extremely knowledgable and enthused, also responded quickly to queries. Thanks, Steve
