We have just completed on our purchase and found the process was made less stressful by the regular updates from Claire Wilson. She kept us up date on a weekly basis and at all times was professional and efficient.

Absolutely superb service, from valuation through to selling and after sales. A shout out to: Karol and the photographer for excellent pictures, valuation and description, Chris, Kian and sales team for setting up viewings and managing diary, and of course Claire for all the after sales. A fabulous team effort and a refreshing change. Thank you.

Minors were very good but in particular Gina Page was amazing. My situation was a difficult one but Gina kept me updated all the way though. Always replying either by call or email. I genuinely believe if it wasn't for Gina chasing my solicitors (which were useless by the way) crossing the t’s and dotting the I’s the sale wouldn't have got over the line! I defiantly recommend minors but more so dealing with Gina. She’s amazing and a credit to minors!

Minors and Brady have just recently found me a tenant for my property. Samual Carpenter in the Wroxham branch was the agent who handled my rental. His service was both exemplary, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and Minors an Brady as excellent estate agents.

I’m new to all of this. Moving into a rental after 20 years of being in my own home was a daunting prospect. Sam made the process much easier for me. I pestered him with silly questions and he always responded with kindness and patience. Sam is a credit to Minors and Brady. I would highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking to sell/rent. And particularly Sam. Very professional and knowledgeable. And a human touch which people need when going through such a stressful time. The man deserves a pay rise 😉

Minors and Brady dealt with both the sale of our property and the purchase of the new one. We are so pleased with everything they have helped us with! They were honest and transparent throughout all the process and nothing was to much trouble, great communication throughout always calling to keep us updated. We loved the guy that showed us around the property we purchased I wish I knew his name but he literally rearranged his day and stayed later on a few occasions throughout to allow us extra viewings and was able to answer all of our questions about the property, Abi was a gem at making sure we got the offer we required and great at negotiating the purchase price for us also, we were in a tight timeframe to get a sale and purchase agreed and Abi we are so grateful for all your hard work getting things done in such a short space of time allowing us to get our perfect home ❤️ Gina in the after sales department I’m sure is some kind of wizard that just makes everything happen! She was so knowledgeable about absolutely everything and took extra time to explain through ALL the solicitors paperwork with us in ‘people words’, this was really kind and appreciated so much that she took the initiative to call us and ask if we needed any clarification with anything because we had no idea!! she done so much chasing between solicitors and keeping us updated throughout. Always keeping her promises thank you for everything genie Gina Sophie and Josh x

I have dealt with a few Estate Agents for letting my properties in the past but my recent experience with Minors & Brady Estate & Lettings Agents is the best so far. Samuel Carpenter who is allocated to deal with the process is the most organised and polite estate agent I have ever come across. He guided me through the entire steps and provided all the documentations that are necessary, answering all my queries in a professional and timely manner. This is definitely a 5-star experience and I will recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

Recently I have had one-to-one dealings with Mr. Bradley Stark from Minors & Brady at their Caister Branch. I have never found ANY other agent as diligent, fastidious or as helpful as Bradley. Any questions, issues or dramas have been dealt with swiftly and thoroughly by him. If you are looking to for someone to help you with your move, buying etc. then I would absolutely recommend that you speak with Bradley Stark (and he’s got a cool sounding name).

I have just purchased my first house with minors and Brady. Being a first time buyer I was very out of the picture what i had to do and the step by step guides to buying and viewing houses. Bradley Stark of minors and Brady was fantastic in all aspects of the steps to buying, viewing and negotiating on the property. I can’t thank him enough for the amount of stress he took of my shoulders. I would highly recommend this company and also Bradley Stark to other buyers like my self.

Credit where credit is most definitely due!

My praise here goes to your after sales team…predominately Rosie Turley. Simply put, without her tenacity, hard work (at least twice contacting me out of her normal working hours to ensure this sale held together) and her patience (which was tried way beyond human boundaries by our buyer’s solictor!) this sale would not have crossed the line. Minors and Brady you are very, very lucky to have her! She kept us calm and sane at THE most trying of times. Would highly recommend your services. Thank you once again and a very Merry Christmas to you all x

Rosie Turley at M&B did a sterling job in ensuring that our purchase completed smoothly and effectively. Despite conveyancer complications she held things together and diligently chased up and down the chain regularly keeping the house sale on everyone’s radar. Her experience and honesty was massively appreciated. A great professional to have to have onboard. Thanks Rosie and to everyone at Minors & Brady.
