GoogleMe and my partner had Ruby to show us a couple of properties this morning-she was a absolute delight! Interested in us, our criteria and we were able to have banter with her. She was engaging with us, had valid input in our discussions. She is excellant at her job and had the information we needed. Highlighted a 2nd prpoerty too

The communication is always in good time and we feel completely involved. The suggestions they make are fair and make sense. GoogleSam provided an excellent viewing via WhatsApp for us (5* rating for the viewing)as we presently live in Staffordshire. We can see that the property is on a good size plot with potential to extend at the back if desired. Unfortunately, the property retains many of its 'original features' such as polystyrene ceiling tiles on a number of ceilings and an asbestos roof on the garage, both we experienced in a previous property that we purchased many years ago. As there would be a significant amount of work and money required to bring it up to today's standard, we will not be progressing with this property but want to thank Sam for his time and for providing an excellent viewing for us.

GoogleNot a good experience with them unfortunately. Customer care wasn’t great, we were given the wrong key on our moving day and then advised to find a locksmith to fix the problem. All throughout the day saying that they weren’t accountable. Really disappointing and the issue hasn’t been resolved. We were not able to move in on our moving day due to getting the right key at 4.30 PM. Would not recommend.
