TrustpilotHouse viewing with Hannah!
Hannah Graver took us round a property last week, was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Also noticed how she was respectful to the home owners and asked us to take our shoes off which isn’t something other agents have worried about.

TrustpilotProfessional and Enthusiastic
We viewed a cottage in a remote part of Suffolk. Hanna showed us round and was marvelous. She was informative, proactive in trying to sell us the features and benefits of the property and was thoroughly professional. She was also very creative with ideas about what could be done to the property. It was a pleasure being shown the property by her.

TrustpilotRosie Thurley - House Move
Rosie was very efficient with the process of helping us move house. She chased all the relevant people to get our move completed as soon as possible and without her input it probably would’ve have moved as fast.Helen

Rosie Turley .We have recently completed our house move , the experience was challenging but Rosie Turley from minors and Brady was a great help . She helped push the sale through and was constantly available for help and advice . Without her help I’m sure we’d still be waiting to move . Highly recommended .

TrustpilotKnowledgeable staff
We are going through the buying process at the moment and so far we have been very impressed with the way we have been treated. Everything has been made clear to us from the viewing of the property to the conveyancing process. We also wanted to thank Joseph for twice showing us round our new home. He was patient, knowledgeable and keen to help us. So far top marks and recommended.

TrustpilotMy 1st house viewing with Elle.
Elle had visited my house in the week to chat about our house sale (we're not with M&B) so we had met previous to my visit to one of their properties and she remembered me. Elle was very courteous to the home owner and gave him time to leave before showing me round. If she had been there before I don't think we would have visited some of the poorly presented rooms first. She was able to answer my questions and walked around with me first then let me wander on my own. Elle was very polite and I was pleased to have for her company on my 1st house viewing.

TrustpilotExcellent house selling and purchasing experience
The team at Minors and Brady have all been superb dealing with the valuation, listing and sale of our house. Liam came for the initial valuation and was positive, professional and explained the whole process very clearly, our photos were arranged quickly as we needed to sell fast and they looked amazing, Sophie did a great job of showing everyone around on our week day viewings and we sold in less than a week. Throughout the whole process and dealing with our potential purchase, Connie Staff has been absolutely amazing, keeping us up to date on everything on both sides of selling and buying, answering all our questions and going the extra mile at every stage, she definitely has the client’s best interests at the forefront of everything she’s doing and I would definitely not hesitate to go with them again in the future, and recommend them to friends and family, especially if it’s the same team.

TrustpilotGreat experience
Magenta Rose was friendly and knowledgeable. Although we didn't end up buying the house she showed us, Magenta could not have been more helpful. She knew about the property, answering all of our questions, and clearly had a good relationship with the homeowner too.
