FacebookWe originally selected a different agent to manage the sale of our house. After very little progress we decided to list our property with Minors and Brady as we had heard good things and seen many sales in our area.
From the first meeting we massively impressed with their approach and plans to effectively list and sell our house.
The whole team are on point and always helpful but I have to say that Lee Mortier has been phenomenal. His customer service in what could be a stressful time has been immense. His regular updates and communication leave you in no doubt as to how things are progressing.
The main plus point to the whole company is the results they deliver and within 3 weeks of signing with them they have sold our property.
Nothing but great things to say about this company and would certainly recommend them to anyone I know.
Thanks

GoogleA friendly, helpful team. My exchange was particularly challenging & Adam was exceptionally motivated, getting involved & smoothing things out. I was very impressed by his handling of the entire situation, esp as I am from out of area which made matters more difficult. Contactable, responsive & supportive!

GoogleI purchased a property with this estate agent. Both Charlie H and Adam W worked closely with both myself and the seller to make this a smooth transaction. They recommended a good solicitor which turned out to be a great choice and in general helped with all queries from both parties. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

GoogleFantastic experience with Daniel at Minors & Brady - We are moving to the area from near Reading, and over the months we were searching for a property, Dan would keep in touch regularly to talk about new properties he thought could be a match. Very down to earth and approachable, we built up a good relationship where I could ring up and get honest opinions and answers. In fact, we have just had an offer accepted on a property that was listed with a few different agents, including M&B in Wroxham - but instead of getting in touch with any of the other agents (or even Wroxham themselves), I rang Daniel to ask a few questions and then arrange the viewing, all because he had taken the time to build a relationship with me, and was always honest, forthright and approachable.

FacebookI have viewed a property with Minors & Brady. I can not recommend them enough. I put an offer on a property after been shown round with Brad, he was very informative with all the question I need to ask. He helped with questons about the area as I will be new to Caister. He made my
experience so much easier. He was efficient with phoning the property owner with my offer and negotiating the right price for myself and the seller.
Brad kept me informed throughout this process.
I would like to thank Brad for all his help and time he took to alleviate the stress.

FacebookWe are selling and buying through Minors & Brady and I would recommend them with my whole heart! Every time we have rang in, everyone has been so friendly and helpful whatever the question/query. Joe and Lee were our ‘go to guys’.
Joe was amazing the whole time and I felt that I could really trust him to help us sell our property and buy our next home, he was reachable no matter what time of day it was and really went the extra mile.
Lee was also amazing at giving good advice and really helped with the purchase of our next home. Over the moon with the service and these two are a credit to the Minors&Brady team. X

FacebookWe sold via Minors & Brady and were highly
Impressed with the care we received. From the sale of our house Lee was very helpful and gave me his personal WhatsApp number and told me to send any questions to him as and when I feel he answered every single one, even out of office hours and weekends. Lee advised on the sale and managed to squeeze a little extra from our deal. Emma took over from here and was most probably sick of our emails and calls, but not once did she seem unhappy to take our calls. Emma was very patient and professional. She kept on top of any developments and would happily reply to messages out of normal office hours. Emma was exceptional in keeping in contact with us and helped with all queries we had. Overall, we were impressed with the team and would 100% use Minors & Brady again. Thank you.

FacebookWe’ve just completed on our sale and purchase today and have to say that without Adam at the Wroxham office I’m not sure if we’d have got to this point any time soon! He’s been absolutely brilliant at keeping us informed regularly with updates/progress and extremely helpful in the whole process. Adam has been very efficient and liaised brilliantly between those in the chain and he’s been great at chasing up our solicitors too and definitely got things moving for us. He’s certainly made the process of buying and selling much better for us! Thank you so much to the team at both Minor’s and Brady offices, we’ll be sure to use you in the future and recommend you to others.
