FacebookTop bunch at Minors and Brady - very friendly, helpful & efficient in what they do. Also sold my house within 24 hours for full asking price and were on it from the moment i called them out to value and market my property, they kept me updated with all the details as it moved through the stages all the way through to completion. Will definitely use again, highly recommended agents. Cheers everyone

FacebookMinors and Brady are quite simply outstanding!! Their professionalism and dedication to selling your home is first class. We started selling our house with a different, well known local estate agent and the experience was hideous. Poor marketing meant that in a week on the market we hadn't had so much as a sniff of interest, and lack of care and attention to detail meant that bad photos and boring description was at the bottom of it. Deciding to change to Minors and Brady was the best decision I could have made. Stunning photos, amazing description and proactive marketing meant that within a week we had 11 viewings and a nice big SOLD board outside. Minors and Brady literally went the extra mile for everything, from Lee doing all the viewings and really selling our home to prospective buyers, to Adam keeping in contact with us throughout the rest of the sale process. It really was a service we would never have received from other agents, which was really apparent from other agents in the chain. I couldn't be more grateful to the team for all their hard work and for helping us move on to our dream home - Thank you

FacebookMy husband and I can not recommend minors and Brady enough, where other estate agents failed, minors and Brady came in and sold our house within 2 months. We are now at the end of our sale and from start to finish they have always kept us in the loop, in particular Adam who has been fabulous, he has been patient, understanding and very kind. So if you are looking for a friendly dedicated estate agents I would definitely pick them. Tara and Daniel Button

GoogleI cannot thank Jamie, Adam and Lee enough for all their hard work in helping us find our forever home. When I felt that all was lost, Jamie always kept a positive attitude and went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. His determination to find us our ideal home paid off and we couldn't be happier. His obvious passion for his job reflects in the excellent service he and his team provides. He always kept us up to date with any changes and progress with our sale and purchase. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you all for such an excellent service. TIP: We used the solicitors and financial advisers recommended by Jamie. They all communicated very well together and took the stress out of the buying and selling process.

GoogleWe have just purchased our new home through Minors Brady in Wroxham and they were a refreshing change to deal with. We found all of the team without exception to be professional and knowledgeable. In particular we dealt with Adam Waters, if it wasn't for Adam I'm not sure we would have completed on our purchase which was a Little complex and lengthy. Adam managed to gather information from all the solicitors concerned and coordinate both the sale and purchase. He kept us well informed every step of the way. Both My husband and I felt we received an excellent and honest service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Minors and Brady for both sale and Purchase. The office is bright, well laid out and friendly. Their marketing has been carefully and skilfully considered presenting an upmarket image. I have worked in a similar industry for 25 years and Minors Brady is the epitome of how good estate agency should be. My heartfelt thanks to all the team and in particular to Adam, they deserve to be successful.

FacebookAll staff connected to Minors and Brady were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with through the process of purchasing a property. Jamie was first very personable and helpful when looking around the property. The rest of the team were responsive and made the process from first having an offer accepted to completing the purchase a stress free experience. Would highly recommend to both buyers / sellers alike.

FacebookFrom Tom and Lucy Cannell - Thank you Jamie, Alex and Adam for getting us through our house sale and making us feel valued. FacebookAmazing service! Both Alex and Jamie were outstanding throughout the whole process of selling my house. Definitely not there biggest sale but treated like a top priority, nothing felt like a hassle! With the passion and hunger they show it’s no wonder they found a buyer for my property so quickly!
