He took the time to thoroughly so us round the property, answered all questions which we had and I cannot fault him. We put an offer in the day we viewed the house and the following day we received a phone call to say the offer had been excepted. We cannot thank Jamie and Minors and Brady enough

FacebookWhilst viewing a property in Ormesby St Margaret, I was met by a young man (Daniel) who was very friendly and approachable. The questions that I had in mind were answered without hesitation. Although, most were answered before I had a chance to even ask them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Minors & Brady to anyone.

GoogleI purchased a property with this estate agent. Both Charlie H and Adam W worked closely with both myself and the seller to make this a smooth transaction. They recommended a good solicitor which turned out to be a great choice and in general helped with all queries from both parties. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

GoogleWe have just sold our property with Minors and Brady and moved into our new Home that was bought through them also and cannot fault the service we received. In fact, this was the second time instructing Minors and Brady to sell a property for us which supports the faith we have in them! So I’d say we definitely have a well rounded experience of their service as both vendors and buyers! This time we met Alex who came to value and list our property. We had no delay in making this appointment and he was very professional and informative throughout, ensuring he had an understanding of our expectations for the sale and made sure to fully brief us of what to expect for the sales process. Once sold stc we were lucky to have Emily involved in our sale progression. She kept us fully informed and updated every step of the way, assisting with negotiations between us and with our sellers and buyers. If ever things were being slowed by solicitors etc she would be straight on the phone to iron out any issues best she could with all parties involved to get things resolved in a timely manner. I’d like to say we would use them again in the future but I feel this time they’ve truly helped us find our forever home. An extremely professional, efficient and personal service from all the team and we would recommend to all
