GoogleWe have had an offer accepted on a house we love, which wasn't initially available to view given that an offer had been accepted just days prior to my enquiry. As soon as it became available again, Bradley Stark called in the morning to let us know that we could view it and arranged for us to see the house that evening. We absolutely loved it and placed our offer. Fortunately the offer was accepted and we're one step closer to our very first house. Bradley has been very supportive, quick to respond to emails and calls, and it's just a shame that he won't be part of our aftercare team. GoogleHaving Minors and Brady as our Agent was the best decision we made as a family, as it enabled us to sell our house and purchase our dream home. All of the team are exceptional at what they do and as I work abroad, I thought there would be difficulty in communicating, but the agents I worked with were in constant contact with me, updating me every step of the way. I would personally like to thank Brooke Daniels and Sarah Short because without their outstanding professionalism, proactiveness and excellent communications skills I don't think the move would have gone as smooth as it did. Being abroad brought up its own challenges when purchasing the house, but both Sarah and Brooke went above and beyond to help with all enquiries and even attended my house when requested during a house viewing. GoogleWe chose Minors and Brady after failing to sell with a different agent. They got us lots of viewings and we were very pleased with the service and updates. Mia in the Caister office mostly dealt with us and was very good and Chloe in the after sales team was very very good in constantly giving us updates as we edged nearer to exchange and completion, which was timed down to the last possible minute! The only thing that taints this good review was when we settled the final account. We may have misunderstood that the initial £240 paid upfront for the glossy brochure, would be deducted from our final payment, but this wasn't the case.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe were very pleased that the sellers we were purchasing from chose to use Minors & Brady. As first time buyers we were unsure of the ins and outs of purchasing a property but Minors and Brady were very reassuring. From accompanied viewings where they answered all of our questions and brought up things we had not thought about. Once we had an offer accepted Sarah kept us informed throughout the process, out of all the various professions we dealt with Sarah was the quickest to respond to emails and kept us updated without being prompted. She also chased others on our behalf which was wonderful. We really felt looked after. We exchanged yesterday and couldn’t be happier. Professional and friendly service from Bradley to commence the sale and then from Chloe in the after sales team who kept me up to date and ensured things ran smoothly. That said, if it had not been for Lewis persevering with posting his card though my door I may not have contacted them in the first instance. Excellent team work with a really vibrant and enthusiastic approach and I would, without doubt, recommend Minors & Brady highly!

She was definitely challenged due to it taking a while to find somewhere. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she always gave weekly updates. Even near completion she was ringing solicitors to ensure a quick and smooth transaction. Thanks so much, very professional and gave us confidence in the whole process.
