GoogleMany thanks to Jack Deeley and other members of the Minors and Brady team for progressing our recent sale. Everyone was always very proactive and positive, particularly so during this difficult period of COVID 19 and they helped us to secure a buyer and complete the sale, all in 10 weeks.

GoogleFollowing agreeing a purchase price and being transferred to his team to take it forward, and once he understood our position and needs, James Harwood has been increasingly attentive regarding our purchase, not least the urgency to complete by 30 June. He twice phoned me with an update on the property before I had managed to chase him, which was refreshing and sadly not very common amongst estate agents and solicitors it seems. Thank you James.

After locking myself out (clearly not the smartest cookie!) they went out of their way to retrieve a key that I left in the Caister office. Thanks to them I didn't need a locksmith. Googlefirst off I’d like to name ADAM from the Norwich branch I believe for the amount of advice and help he gave us during our first move. This was our first house purchase and it really showed with our constant flow of questions but Adam always made sure he answered in a way we would understand and would always reply either on the day or atleast the next. He was so easy to talk to and always made sure he checked on us and the purchase as it was a slow one due to the lenders. Also a huge thank you to caister minors and Brady for their lovely card, key ring and bottle of wine! Such a lovely company and will 100% stick with you if we ever decide to move in the future.

And having dealings with many other estate agents .some not even returning calls or telling us they are really busy and will get back to us.
