After multiple awful experiences with other estate agents, Minors and Brady were a breath of fresh air. Their staff are friendly, warm and have a fabulous 'can-do' attitude. They were very knowledgeable about everything they did, kept us updated at every turn and kept us hopeful all the way through the process. We completed on the sale of our property and our new home today. Sarah in the after sales team was great, chased up every thing we asked (as I'm sure everyone else was sick of the sound of our voices) constantly kept updating us and genuinely wanted the best for us throughout the process. Wonderful estate agents. Could not do enough for me and my husband after a bad experience with another estate agent, Minors and Brady came to our rescue and got our home sold and found us an even better home than one we were previously looking at. Could not recommend them enough, and even once our house had been sold and we had bought a new home we didn’t think we would hear anything else from them as this is what we had experienced before with other estate agents. How wrong we were, almost immediately we had a call from a lovely lady called Caitlin checking in on how we were and making sure that all was going well with the solicitors that they had recommended. I chose to use Minors and Brady for the sale of my property, I live 200+ miles away from this property so good communication was very important to me. I’d like to extend a very big thank you to all the team at M&B who I’ve dealt with during the sale of my property recently. Everyone has been terrific. I really am impressed by the set up they have that means a different team worked with me as I moved through the phases of the sale. It’s a great idea and it allows for each department to focus and specialise in what I needed them to be doing. The value of this became so clear in the After Sales part of the process when things got a little bumpy…. Having dealt with a number of agents over the years in Suffolk and elsewhere, including France, both buying and selling, I can absolutely say that this company is one of the most professional I have dealt with. In the context of a buyer on this occasion, the after sales team were responsive and professional, in particular Lauren who I had the most communication with. I appreciated being spoken to on an equal level and any queries were taken seriously and given due time and attention. I also need to add viewing experience. Hannah was the viewing agent and she had an approach that was professional but also friendly. Hannah was punctual and well informed on the property being viewed and happy to follow up any queries made - a good viewing experience.
