GoogleHave just decided to sell our house with Minors and Brady and definitely feel confident that they are the right team for the job.Also viewed a property with Chloe Round and she was so helpful, answered any questions we had and we look forward to seeing her at another property.

GoogleMade an appointment with M & B to view a property. They confirmed the time by telephone. Arrived at the property only to be told that we were not expected. Owner had in fact been told that we hadn’t got back to them to confirm. After viewing (the owner kindly showed us round) we put in an offer. Contacted M & B the following afternoon to find out if the offer had been accepted. Was told ( very curtly) that a voicemail had been left declining the offer. No it wasn’t! Not impressed with their service or attitude and after talking with the owner of the property neither was he.

GoogleThe whole team at Minors & Brady are extremely helpful; however, the one person I would really like to mention is Nagilla. She continually kept us updated with progress, even in difficult situations and her tenacity through a long and protracted sale shone through to an eventual successful conclusion. If you are considering selling or buying a property I would highly recommend them.

GoogleViewed a couple of properties this week through this estate agents. We were shown round all of these properties by chloe Round who was absolutely brilliant, she wasn't pushy, she answered all the questions we had (she had done her research) and seemed genuinely interested in the what we wanted from a property. Really great service.

I’ve had a great many viewings with this estate agent, Many thanks to Chloe Round who was very knowledgeable and helpful when showing me around my final property and Mia who desperately tried to get feedback on my very first offer back in July from a very difficult seller. They have been helpful all the way through, always there to answer my many questions 😃

GoogleI should like to thank Shania Wright for the presentation of the brochure for my house sale. It is an excellent piece of work, so much better than the efforts of the previous est.agents! The photos were a vast improvement & achieved without the usual help of the properties lighting!

GoogleI am extremely impressed with our experience with Minors & Brady so far and particularly the service from Shania Wright. We had a professional photographer round on Thursday, the contract was signed on Friday and our beautiful bespoke brochure (made by Shania) and online listing was active by the Monday. It's easy to see why Minors & Brady are the go to estate agents in Norfolk.

GoogleI cannot fault my recent experience of Minors and Brady, Caister, in the sale of my parents house. They have been very efficient throughout and treated me with courtesy and respect, offering extremely valuable advice whenever I asked. They secured a number of viewings for the property within 2 days of it going live on the market and secured the sale of the house on the third day. I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleCompletion update; I completed on my purchase yesterday, and this was achieved very quickly, and could not have been done so without the amazing Lauren. Once the offer was accepted, Lauren made contact to introduce herself as the contact for the completion. I was kept informed throughout the process, and even when there were issues to resolve, Lauren was straight onto them. the whole process from offer to completion was managed professionally and personally. A special mention goes to James also who originally showed me the property, and as I understand it, battled with the doors to resolve the lock issues, so thanks James. Met with Maddy from the company who showed me 2 properties. Explained everything I needed to know, the good and the bad, and found her to be very articulate and professional. No hard sell, even though neither property fitted my needs, I would use this agency again.

Had a viewing with Maddy and she was very patient, didn’t feel like I had to rush and was very helpful and knowledgeable on advising on questions I had.

GoogleFantastic service, everyone in the office is so helpful and explain everything in thorough detail, selling my home has never felt so easy, achieved more than I expected, and helped me through the process of solicitors and looking for my next home. Charlie, Marcus, Mia and Connor have been great and Maddy and James on the viewings have been superb. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else, a breath of fresh air!

GoogleI used Minors and Brady to sell my property and from start to finish they were fantastic, from the moment of getting my property valued to the pictures being taken to it being put on the market was no time at all. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pictures that were taken. When things started moving along we were then allocated Lauren Bettison from the Aftersales Team, which I am so grateful for. Lauren was incredible the whole way through. Anything we needed, any questions we had she was on it and so responsive. Her regular contact with us to check in and make sure we were okay and to keep us updated was amazing. It has been an extremely emotional 6 months and with the help from Lauren and her positivity, caring nature and fantastic work ethnic to get stuff done she has helped us to get through it. Although we are relieved to be in our new home, I will miss Lauren and mines regular phone calls and chats, and the lots of laughter that we had which kept me sane. Thank you for all of your help Lauren, and keep doing the incredible job that you do! Thanks, Jess & Ryan

GoogleMy wife was the communicator with Minors & Brady of Caister-on-Sea so this is our review via her. The whole team have been brilliant throughout helping us find our perfect house in Norfolk. We are just waiting to move in now after a very quick timescale to Exchange of Contracts. Cassandra Creake has been so helpful with her after sales service and nothing was too much trouble with confirming elements and contacting our Vendors. Cass was also very prompt in getting back to us always. Buying a home can be very stressful as we all know! 5 stars all the way from us!

The whole process has been really smooth from Offer submission to completion and key collection. Was nice to deal with the Team and in particular with Cass that really helped to keep the whole process together from the vendor and the solicitors involved.
