GoogleRecently brought a house through Michaels, Steve and Patrick where both extremely helpful through the whole process. We viewed a number of houses with them when we was searching and all viewings went well and they seemed honest and knowlegable when answering our questions. It was actually Steve who recomended we view the house we actually ended up going for! Patrick and Steve where very much involved with the whole process and chased both sides solictors of their own backs. Without them I think the process would have taken a lot longer, they where very helpful, pro-active and replied to any queries very fast. Especially as we where first time buyers so the whole process was new and overwhelming. Would definatly reccomend and use again in the future! :)

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough on the efforts of Patrick, Stephen and the rest of the team at Michaels Braintree. From the first meeting, viewing other properties and the sale of our house, their professionalism and dedication is second to none. I have no doubt that going with any other estate agent would have been a far more painful experience. If you’re going to move house, Michaels are the only estate agent you should consider.

GoogleMichaels were recommended to us by a friend who sold their house in Witham. We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from start to finish. We had two valuations booked in, one with a large estate agency and another with Michaels. Patrick valued our flat and was completely transparent with fees and managing our expectations of the property market, there was no hard sell at all. This was the complete opposite to the service we had received from the other agent. Our property was sold within a week of being on the market for full asking price. Patrick and Steve were so supportive throughout the whole process and regularly provided updates and chased the solicitors when required. Thanks guys!

GoogleBraintree Team feedback Dear Mr Simpson & Mr Rayner, We are currently using your Braintree branch to sell our property. Now we have made to the point of exchange (completion is due on the 26th August), we felt it should be brought to your attention, how our experience it has been. The sale has not been an easy one; not just emotionally, but also because there was a lot of pressure to get the sale completed within a very tight timeframe, especially under the current unprecedented times of Covid-19. What was also very apparent is just how busy the market has been since Covid-19 Lockdown was lifted, thus applying more pressure to the team a Braintree’s working day. With this in mind, we wanted to let you know how much of a fantastic team you have in Braintree. All of the team and their varying personalities gel brilliantly from our point of view. They were extremely informative, worked very hard, were polite and gave every attention to detail to ensure the sale was completed within our very tight timeframe. We honestly feel you couldn’t get a better mix of characters to do the job they are doing, which includes hand holding to a certain degree also! We would never hesitate recommending the team in Braintree and felt it important to make yourselves aware how very grateful to them we are. We would also like to thank Stephen Richardson, who mostly dealt with our sale on a day to day basis. In our opinion, he went above and beyond the call of duty. This sale would not have happened if it wasn’t for him. Over the course of the sale you become more familiar with your agent, especially when emotions are high. Stephen is the epitome of calm and a skillset to match with every aspect of his role. Whether it be full updates or apply pressure elsewhere to push the sale forward. Even when things came to the wire, he still managed everything, and everyone involved to get exchange to occur. We can’t thank him enough. Even whilst on holiday (last week and you should let him have another 3 days!!), he stayed in touch with our sale, to the point, without him doing so, we would not have exchanged at the time required. He has left us with an empathy to him and a loyalty to your firm. We will be forever grateful for the work he put into our sale, and as mentioned before, we felt this is far beyond what you would expect, and he has surpassed our expectations. We thank all of the Braintree team, as having been with other local agents, there is really is no comparison. Your team in Braintree is an absolute ‘god sent’ as they have shown what excellent Estate Agents really are. GoogleWe had originally had our property valued by Steve and we loved the amount of time he put into getting to know us and what we wanted and really appreciated his time. We bought our house through Michael's, it was a long winded process to say the least, but everyone we spoke to was so helpful and welcoming. Steve again was brilliant and always keeping us updated or checking in with us which we really liked, we didn't feel like just another client. As the process was continuing through lockdown Steve made every effort to help continue the process and even on their first busy weekend back managed to fit us in for a quick viewing for our property to check everything was in order. We would highly recommend Michael's!

Despite it being during the Covid19 pandemic, Michaels have still offered a service second to none! GoogleAfter dealing with MPC Colchester branch, this has left me with a VERY bitter taste in my mouth and I will certainly NOT be using them or recommending them to anyone No communication skills whatsoever, repeatedly having to call and email to chase them and you dont hear anything back, unless you chase them until you are blue in the face, but when you do get an answer or response back they lie or come up with a different excuse. This was all regarding getting my deposit money back after i vacated the property/tenancy on the 31st Aug, it is now the 27th Sept and I still havent had my money back, which in my eyes should be a pretty simple and straight forward procedure, unless you are really stupid!!....Landlords and Tenants ....BEWARE!!
