GoogleWell what can I say apart from they are the best agent I have ever dealt with and cannot speak anymore highly than I can of Michaels property. The help and support received by Georgia and Maria is above and beyond any thing that should or could be expected our case has been dealt with in a very highly professional manner of which they have worked along side of us to find a solution I would recommend this agency to any one for letting as it has been an a* service thank you very much

GoogleGot these guys round after a good experience with the sales team previous and wasnt disappointed. After initial discussion and valuation a photographer was booked to come in. Before the photographer had a chance to get round and set up a profile for Rightmove Maria and team got me a viewing. I accepted an offer for rental same day. Was good to see they have clients ready and waiting and not just rely on rightmove to do their job for them. Good proactive sales attitude!

GoogleThought long and hard whether to use an agency or do the letting myself online. I decided I would use an agent. I foremost wanted an ARLA registered company and felt I could trust Maria at Michaels. She knows the market, from what rent to set, to helping me find the right tenants and guiding me through the whole process. They have helped me with various properties and I have had 100% occupancy and happy tenants in the process.

GoogleRecently I have been dealing with Hollie Cunningham who has been working very hard including evenings and weekends not only to rent our properties but also organising refurbishment from top to bottom. Thank you Hollie. Georgia and Maria have been great too. Excellent team work. The most excellent service I have ever had from letting agents in my 23 years of business. Professional, efficient and caring.

GoogleAfter being let down by a previous letting agents, I contacted Maddy to help me out, she arranged a viewing and within a week and a half I was in the property, I cannot fault the service I have received and continue to receive! We were kept up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend Michaels as a whole but particularly Maddy who is brilliant at what she does and very professional, thank you.

GoogleI find Michaels Property Consultants to be a highly professional organisation and one that truly understands people and their individual needs. I have had a recent experience, big thanks to Maria, where the circumanstances had changed in respect of a letting and she did everything to accommodate that change in the quickest of time. Today’s world is a fast changing one and people move around a lot more now than they ever did and Michaels, in my opinion, understand this and embrace that change very successfully. Very friendly people, couldn’t rate them enough!

GoogleI couldn’t praise Georgia and Michael’s highly enough. After viewing a couple of properties with Georgia I realised her professionalism, therefore when the house we decided to go for was advertised with various agents including Michaels I didn’t hesitate to contact her. She is efficient and maintains good communication, exactly what you need during the stressful time of moving house. We hope to not move again in the near future but I would definitely contact Georgia if need be.

GoogleGreat customer service and professionalism until they have your money! Phone calls and emails regularly ignored! Being told during viewing and moving in that my tenancy would be long term to find out 6 months later they are selling and I have to move out! Terrible communication between departments (lettings/sales) and landlords always trying to blame one another for each cock-up as it arises! I would strongly advise people to go elsewhere. I would much rather be waiting on the council housing register then go through Michaels again!

GoogleI cannot comment on the sales team, but the lettings team can only be described at best as ignoramuses - Paul Vella (Lettings manager) is a 'yes man' who promises the Earth but fails to deliver entirely - and then gets Maria to let the customer down in a fairly abrupt and rude manner ! I have several rentals and buy and sell several houses each year - safe to say my business will not be going anywhere near this bunch of jokers. If they treat tenants anywhere near like I've been treated I would also steer well clear. Calls and emails are routinely ignored LANDLORDS AND TENANTS BE WARNED

GoogleI have been renting through Michael's for some time now and to be honest they are superb. In many Estate Agents if you are renting you are made to feel like a second class citizen but with Michael's you are made to feel valued. I had a number of issues with my flat and they have been sorted out really quickly. They really seem to care. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael's for Landlords, Tenants, Buyers of Sellers, don't waste your time with all the others, most of whom are kids, go straight to this agency and get the service you deserve, whatever your requirements!!
