Prompt response, well informed agent who showed me the property & allowed me time and space to view all aspects without pressure or hassle. Was knowledgeable about the area however also admitted to things she did not know or was unsure about. TrustpilotProvided excellent service
Of all the people we've dealt with up and down the chain, Nikki at Michaels was the one most on top of developments, helped keep things moving, and was probably the only person who proactively updated us. The warm reception when we went into the office to pick up our keys was a welcome reminder that buying our home was worth celebrating.

TrustpilotExcellent service
I was selling the family house through another estate agent which was going nowhere. I switched to Michaels and they immediately found a buyer. I get the impression that Michaels' Wivenhoe branch is the place to sell a property in Wivenhoe. Staff provided a silver service throughout, extremely valuable when you're trying to sell somewhere several miles from where you live. Highly recommend.

TrustpilotI recently sold my house using Michaels…
I recently sold my house using Michaels Property Consultants in Colchester. I chose them after some research into agents selling bungalows in a 5 mile radius and I chose them from the shortlist because of the professionalism of their initial valuation visit by Cameron. Michaels use professional photographers so my property had drone shots as well as the best angles to view my property at its best so I found a good buyer within three weeks of marketing. The following months confirmed that I had made a good choice as a difficult market needed huge patience and tenacious enquiring and progressing skills from the extremely capable Nikki. She made sure that lines of communication were excellent and I was never fobbed off with excuses but only solutions to the various hiccups encountered along the way. A medal for Nikki please!

TrustpilotExcellent Company
All the team at Michaels Property Consultants have been outstanding, from our first meeting with Max and the continuing communication with the rest of the team. When sending emails they always acknowledge them which is very reassuring as nowadays this seams to be rare. As the sale of the property was due to probate Nikki and Michael always kept us updated. Thank you all at Michaels.

TrustpilotI cannot fault this Estate Agent
I cannot fault this Estate Agent. The service I received from the outset was first class. They keep you updated weekly throughout the process and worked tirelessly to ensure my property completed quickly. When problems occurred with the chain they were immediately on it to get things resolved. Lee & Ollie were always extremely helpful and a special mention for Nikki who went above and beyond to ensure every problem was resolved quickly and always keeping me up to date. If you want a professional Estate Agent who really do look after you then this is the place to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

TrustpilotProfessional and friendly service from a non-corporate company
Michaels handled the sale of both our property and the property that we purchased. Whilst unusual, this turned out to be the perfect decision in what was became, due to outside factors, a protracted and stressful move. Throughout this, Michaels were friendly and professional, keeping us informed and always easy to contact. Generally much nicer to deal with than the larger corporate agencies.

TrustpilotFirst time buyer
I recently bought my first home with Michaels, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. They showed me around my new home, answered all of my questions (even the silly ones!), and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. The team are genuinely lovely, friendly and approachable people, and I would happily recommend Michaels to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A special thank you to Nikki for all her support throughout the process. She was always so helpful, reassuring and lovely to deal with, and I really appreciated having her there to guide me through buying my first home.

TrustpilotVery helpful and professional
I’m helping my sister with her search for a new property. We arranged viewing for three properties that are being marketed by Michaels. Chloe was their representative. She was very professional in every respect. Her knowledge of the properties was impressive and she even brought details and keys for a fourth property for us to view. I would have no hesitation in contacting Chloe for further viewings
