GoogleWe cannot fault the service that Michaels provided for us throughout our sale from beginning to end. The housing market is particularly busy at the minute with difficult circumstances surrounding COVID but this didn't effect the good quality that was offered to us throughout. When we decided to put our property on the market we instantly knew we had made the right choice, from the welcome packs, the photographs, the property upload and the passion they had to make the sale. When you call, any of the team is happy to help with open arms and they always do what they can to reassure you with an update. GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Michael’s Property Consultants. From our initial meeting with Michael Bickmore, who acted for us in our sale, to the end of the transaction we felt valued Clients. The beginning of the process was impressive with swift feedback after Viewings. Phone calls to the Office were always received in a courteous and friendly way with messages passed on if Michael was not available (most of the time he was) resulting in speedy call backs. Thank you especially to Connor who was so patient taking these! After 41 years living in the same house, so being totally out of touch with the buying and selling process, and coupled with ‘hiccups’ along the way Michael was supportive, professional and positive whilst remaining realistic. We were impressed with the way that he engaged with us, keeping in regular contact and being extremely pro-active when our journey became a ‘’Roller Coaster Ride! We feel that it would be true to say that due to Michael’s diligence and persistence in the selling process, and his excellent pro-active and interpersonal skills with both our buyers and the professionals involved in our own house purchase, we were not only able to secure a successful sale but were also able to secure our new home. From listing the house, doing the viewings, agreeing the sale to the communication and support throughout the duration of the sale process up until completion, we’ve received excellent communication, advice and support, which I do not believe we’ve had received elsewhere. Given our sale wasn’t the smoothest of journeys, I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have Michael Bickmore and the team from the Colchester office on our side. We made an offer on the house and had a positive response within a day which was a big relief! The process was slightly rocky but this was no fault of Michaels!
