GoogleI recently let a property through Michaels and had the pleasure of dealing with Lettings Manager Rhys Bartlett. The experience of Rhys shined through in his knowledge, service and ability to calm my nerves in what can be quite a daunting process. I had experienced some potential delays in regards to the move in date which became incredibly stressful for me. This was out of everybody’s hands. Rhys worked tirelessly to ensure everything had been done in time for the scheduled completion which allowed us to move in exactly when we wanted to! All of this he did this whilst out of the country on holiday during his entitled annual leave. If I could give 6, 7 or even 10 stars I would. For anybody letting a home in the area Rhys is the guy to speak to.

GoogleWhile I didn't end up renting through this estate agents, I highly recommend them based entirely on their support through my search - especially Samuel Francis who was considerate, caring, compassionate, and all around helpful and lovely to work with during a stressful time.

GoogleSamuel Francis has been brilliant without this process. Samuel has always been on hand when needed to help with any questions to make this process run smoothly without any stress. If you get Samuel Francis as your letting consultant, I can assure you will be in good hands. Thank you Sam

GoogleTook a chance and popped into the office this weekend as we had made the trip to colchester and had other viewings cancelled. The team was very welcoming and let us know that Rhys would be the person who could help us. He was great, taking the time to fully understand what it is we need from a property and even making the time to take us to view a property he had that matched our criteria. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
