GoogleKindly asked them to notify me before the owner makes a decision in regards to the sale of a property to which they replied: “sure, we can do that” Completely ignored my request and found out the property has been sold. I’ll definitely avoid them in the future!

I need to admit the service offered by senior letting agent Samuel is above par. He was and is with us every step of the way to get the perfect place. Being new to the UK he walked us through the process and helped us with every little thing. Including recommendations on schooling for the kids. Thank you Sam and Michaels Property Consultants.

GoogleMichaels' delivered a fantastic job in marketing our property with excellent effort by Samuel Francis, Rhys and Aaron. What is important is the property needed a bit of rework after the previous tenancy and the team at Michaels did a splendid job in bringing the property back to an excellent condition, at very reasonable cost and very promptly. Thank you !

GoogleWe are so pleased with the service Michaels Property Consultants have given us. From the beginning when we asked them for a valuation on our property we were selling they have been so professional. They were on the ball all the time, always willing to answer any queries throughout the whole sales process and far more informative than our solicitor!! Gemma was amazing in helping us, we cannot recommend this company enough. A pleasure to deal with them.

GoogleIf you have a property to sell than without doubt you should use Michaels. I was having problems selling my property with other agents. Twice i put my property on the market and with other agents I received offers the same day, In each case I accepted my agents recommendations . After 16 weeks in each case the sale fell through and the information supplied to me was not correct.as the chains broke My experience with Michaels was so different, from the minuet I approach them they found me a buyer and keep me informed as the transaction progressed the contacted all the relevant solicitors for update information and always kept me informed. The sale was completed in 12 weeks and I cant praise Michaels enough
Hi Mr Wayne, Firstly thank you for your kind words. It was such a privilege to sell your home when other agents had been unsuccessful. We wish you all the best in the future. Aaron Wilcock - Director

GoogleMy house was on the market for 6 months with another estate agents I switched to Michaels as they sold my neighbours property in less than a month. I am so glad I switched estate agents as they sold my house within a week of being on the market and for a price I wanted. They did all the viewings where as with previous estate agents I had done the majority of viewings. They were also less expensive with regards to fees but provided a much better service. I can not fault them- any issues with solicitors they also helped to follow up and to ensure the process for exchange and completion was in an agreed time frame. Communication was good and staff were very helpful. Stephen even came back to do an evening viewing- something other estate agents wouldn’t have done. I do feel that they went above and beyond. Many thanks for your help.

TrustpilotThank you just isn’t enough!
Thank you just isn’t enough!! From the minute Cameron Pitt’s walked into our house I knew we were in safe and professional hands. We had multiple viewings the day before we went to market and sold our house on the day we were due to go to market! Jo and Michael were in contact with me nearly every day during the whole process, supporting me, offering guidance and advice, pushing the sale and purchase through (which believe me wasn’t easy!!!) and genuinely took away all the stress and anxiety that comes with buying and selling a house. I can honestly say that without their constant reassurance and support, we would not be here today. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for us. For making us feel like nothing is ever too much, sharing our emotions of excitement with us, having our backs and making us feel like we were your only clients with the amount of personal communication and support you constantly offered us. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend your services !!
