GoogleEveryone at Michael's are professional and prompt. They are realistic in the valuations and prepare by doing market research prior to the appointment. They show interest in the property and being a repeat customer, they remember what the property originally looked like when they sold it to us and comment upon the modernisation and work we have done. I wouldn't use any other agents.

GoogleTop professionals. Sold our house not once but twice. Unfortunately we went with another agents offer first time around despite the offers being equal and regretted it. We were not going to make that mistake again after the first offer fell through. Michaels re marketed the property and had it sold within 96 hours with multiple offers. Jo in after sales is fantastic

What is important is the property needed a bit of rework after the previous tenancy and the team at Michaels did a splendid job in bringing the property back to an excellent condition, at very reasonable cost and very promptly. After a bad experience with a previous estate agent last year we went to Michaels and within days our house was sold and the team helped though the process of selling and even helped with advice and support for the house we bought through a different agent that was causing issues. Always above and beyond

GoogleHands down the best agency in Colchester. Despite the pressure on the market and the buyers, they were always very approachable, kind, and calm. We never felt pressured to make any decisions that we do not feel comfortable in the particularly difficult market. Special thanks to Jo Davy, she is a star! She worked tirelessly during all hours of the day and night and went above and beyond to help us with our move which was very complicated, to say the least. Jo also communicated very clearly and regularly so we knew what was happening. We had a fantastic experience with them and would definitely recommend Michaels Property!

GoogleCameron and team were seemingly ahead of the game the entire time. We decided on a joint agency but immediately it was apparent that Michael’s were substantially more dynamic. Number of viewings compared to the other agent was frankly embarrassing. Offer followed. Every daft question and every concern was met with a highly professional and considered reply that made the process simple. Highly recommended in Colchester. The team is exceptional.

GoogleStaff at Michael’s were always very helpful , polite and had a can do attitude.. the seller who was being represented by Michael’s was a somewhat difficult character. Staff at Michael’s showed patience and professionalism whilst dealing with the sale of the property and were always on hand to keep me informed . I also used the financial advisors provided by Michael’s who were excellent , efficient and gave sound financial advice. I would like to name jo Davy and Dom Giovanni as stand out employees of Michael’s who have managed to keep me sane through what has been an elongated process at no fault of mine or Michael’s.

GoogleDuring the Stamp Duty Holiday last year Michael's Property Consultants had more.'for sale' & 'sold' boards visible in my area than any others so an obvious choice when selling my home, it went on the market in April & the sale completed in August. Although covid was a problem at the time Michael's kept my buyer & myself informed regularly via emails& phone calls -they were professional, enthusiastic & driven to do their best for the customer, a pleasure to do business with them... GoogleWe used Michael’s to sell our home and we were extremely happy with the experience we received. From the day of booking the valuation through to exchange we received top class service. Due to the staff and approach to marketing my property our home was sold within one week. Following the original sale falling through, the team then sold our property again (for an increased price) four days later. The whole procedure was made easier by the fact that we had constant contact and I never had to wait for a response to any enquiry. We are so thankful for everything they done for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

GoogleMichaels have been great from start to finish. As soon as we got in contact with them they organised a time to come over and take pictures and they sold our property within the first 24 hours of going live on rightmove. Jo who is the company’s Sales Progressor was in contact weekly to see how we were getting on with finding a new property. We did struggle to find a property due to the market being very quick and highly priced. We spoke to Michaels and explained we were struggling and within the next few days they found us a property to view where we were the first to see it and offered there and then. From having the offer accepted Michaels were there to help with the legal side of things all the way up until we completed. We just want to say a special thank you to Jo who has been great helping us with everything thing and thank you to Connor for finding us our new home. We are very happy and would use Michaels again. GoogleWe sold and brought our property through Michael’s and have been impressed with the whole team from start to finish. They literally valued, marketed AND SOLD our property on the same day we meet with them! They took really great photos and an amazing video of the property that has doubled up as a really nice memory to look back on of our first home. Considering we were in a rush to get our property sold, it was obvious a lot of time was taken still in the marketing of the property. From then, Jo progressed the sale/purchase and kept us well informed through to exchange, it was nice to have a dedicated sales progressor as a constant point of contact and it was clear they were very active in pushing the chain through towards the end when it was necessary. GooglePromptly identified a buyer and then doggedly stayed the course with us while the buyer mucked about for four months before eventually completing the purchase. If it had not been for the Agent being adamant that the sale would come good we would have thrown the towel and started again. So happy to give them a 5 star rating for determination.
