GoogleWe are very happy with this company since every body who are working there are very professional. Even though we moved to the UK recently we were treated very warmly specially us being Asians it ment a lot. At first is was Sam who accompanied us to see the flat who was very help full. Later rhys helped us to finalised every thing very patiently. I would recommend them any day any time. Thank you very much for all the help given us to get my renting finalised.

GoogleI need to admit the service offered by senior letting agent Samuel is above par. He was and is with us every step of the way to get the perfect place. Being new to the UK he walked us through the process and helped us with every little thing. Including recommendations on schools for kids. Thank you Sam and Michaels Property Consultants.

They have someone dedicated to progressing the sale which helps to tie up any questions between solicitors or buyers and sellers that may otherwise sit unanswered for a longer period of time.

GoogleThank you just isn’t enough!! From the minute Cameron Pitt’s walked into our house I knew we were in safe and professional hands. We had multiple viewings the day before we went to market and sold our house on the day we were due to go to market! Jo and Michael were in contact with me nearly every day during the whole process, supporting me, offering guidance and advice, pushing the sale and purchase through (which believe me wasn’t easy!!!) and genuinely took away all the stress and anxiety that comes with buying and selling a house. I can honestly say that without their constant reassurance and support, we would not be here today. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for us. For making us feel like nothing is ever too much, sharing our emotions of excitement with us, having our backs and making us feel like we were your only clients with the amount of personal communication and support you constantly offered us. GoogleYou might be wondering why there's been an influx of glowing 5 star reviews in the last couple of hours. The answer is that an email was sent to people asking them to leave a review so that they can win a John Lewis hamper. So basically one step removed from blackmail, and therefore means you cannot trust any review you see. The response will no doubt be the same as the other person leaving a similar negative review, an admission of deceitful review tactics but that they are asking for it to be 'honest'. If someone is leaving a review purely because they think they might win a hamper, do you think that person is likely to leave a negative review? Of course not. I can leave an honest review though. I took a viewing for a house for sale through Michaels. Whilst not an open house affair, clearly a block booking as not one but two potential buyers exited as I arrived. Whilst otherwise polite the agent never asked who I was. I could have been anyone off the street entering the house. There was also no response to my courtesy email following the viewing. Clearly got that email though as here they are later on using that email address to get me to leave a review.

GoogleThis was my third time round using Michaels as an agent. And I will go back a fourth time! Straight forward conversations, honest, flexible and responsive. What more could you want from an estate agents? Michael Bickmore has always been on hand to respond to me at the drop of a hat, and this excellent customer service flows through the rest of the team. In comparison with other estate agents i have engaged with through sales or on behalf of other family members, Michaels always shines through. They know who you are when you call, they respond to you in a timeley manner, they are respectful of your busy life and are flexible around that with contact, they hold honest conversations with minimal "estate agent BS", and are clear in descriptions of things I didn't always understand. Highly recommend

GoogleWent to purchase a property had paid the deposit and almost waited a year for the exchange because one little helmet Mark Everad had me under the impression that he had applied for my mortgage when he had actually done nothing at all, I had to keep chasing kept getting a lie after lie and then he said he didn’t even do it in the end which made me lose the right to buy that property. And Michaels estate agent still made me pay for all the legal fees even though it was the company’s fault. Very unprofessional would avoid the at all cost. Would give them a 0 star if it was possible, absolutely useless.

GoogleAfter being let down by a seller several weeks into a purchase, we resumed our search and registered with almost every agent in Colchester. Far and away, the most helpful and proactive agent has been Michaels, with particular praise for Josh who regularly contacted us with details of new (or potential) instructions he felt we'd be interest in, and he really paid attention to what type of property/ location we were searching for. Although we have now placed an offer with another agent, should this property not complete, Michaels (and Josh) will be the first agent we contact.
