GoogleOffer accepted on a house however the previous buyer pulled out due to survey. The estate agent didn’t bother to find out why and couldn’t explain the issues the previous buyer had when we asked. When we carried out our own survey on the property it came back with major structural issues and it should be cash buyers only (confirmed by surveyor ). How did the estate agent not realise this when originally putting it on for sale? A total waste of our time. The lady on the phone even said we noticed a few cracks but didn’t think it would be cash buyers only. This is why estate agents should get surveyors to look at properties.estate agents don’t have the knowledge clearly

GooglePurchased our property through Danes at Sheldon 7 years ago & service was brilliant. We decided to sell & after having a couple of agents out for a quote, we decided on Danes. Best thing we did, service was fab & Jo who deals with all the chasing up is the best! Good value for money, friendly staff & no hidden extras in the price!
