GoogleCan't thank Pat and Larisa enough for getting us top price for our sale and giving us first chance for the bungalow we wanted when the housing market was very busy. As we haven't moved in yet we have still to finalise the deal, but would defiantly recommend the Wythall office. John and Gill Gorle.

GoogleFantastic Service from all at the Wythal Branch of Melvyn Danes. They looked after the sale of our property in the local area while we live up in Scotland. Very attentive and quick to respond in all instances. A pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAmazing estate agents to deal with. We’d already dealt with Connells during this year trying to buy another property which was just a shambles. Melvyn Danes really were a breath of fresh air! Thank you to the Melvyn Danes team

GoogleI found the staff at Danes extremely helpful. I dealt with the Drakes Cross, Wythall office. They were professional and friendly with good advice, answering questions, etc. This meant a great deal to me, as I am moving from Malta to UK.

GooglePat and Larissa are amazing. They helped us sell our Mum’s house when she had to go into a nursing home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were understanding and helpful at a very difficult time for us. Thank you both for ensuring a smooth sale and for having a great sense of humour. GoogleVery grateful for the calm and efficient help from Pat and her team when selling a property as power of attorney. Not being local might have been a problem but Danes dealt with pretty much everything for me. No hesitation in recommending.

GoogleWe dealt with Melvyn Danes as the agent selling the property we bought, and found the team to be professional, supportive and extremely helpful. They really went over and above for us, especially since they wasn't our agent. Would certainly consider using them if moving in the future.

GoogleI could not have received better service from the Melvyn Danes Team. My property sold within days and they were there from start to finish to support me and deal with any issues. Nothing was too much trouble. Larissa was a Saint. She has so much patience. I was quite nervous making serious decisions on my own, so It was great to have a knowledgeable listening ear!! Well done everyone at Melvyn Danes. Can’t thank you enough! Would highly recommend to anyone. Come and see me in Anglesey sometime!! Molly and Fynn say ‘thank you’ for all their treats

GoogleThrough some very difficult times it has taken us 12 months to sell our house. Pat, Larissa and the rest of the team at the Wythall branch have been brilliant . They have kept me calm with words of encouragement, ringing me to see how I am and to keep me updated with everything along the way. I would 100% use Melvyn Danes Wythall office again Thank you ladies very much 🥰

GoogleThe staff at Danes wythall were absolutely fantastic. They work extremely hard to ensure you are kept up to date and understand what you need to do. They go above and beyond to give the best advice and a really fantastic service. They are so helpful and very friendly and helpful. I had to call them numerous times to check things out and they were always lovely and helpful. I think Danes are the best agents you can use .. The day I moved they helped me find another removal company as I was let down at the last minute. When I got yo my house they went out and me light bulbs and also brought me a cup of coffee around. Would definitely recommend them. There the best

GooglePhoned up wanting to rent my property with them all I got was constant questioning rather than passing on a message for the manger to call me back. If this was the pain for a simple enquiry not for me. Avoid try someone else that values your business
