Great photo's that showed the house at is best, realistic market price, prompt and thorough communication, and a very helpful team who offered to go above and beyond when I had family sickness. The icing on the cake was an offer on the same day it was put on the market. Can't get better than that

The team at wythall were outstanding, dealing with a difficult sale but they hit it head on. Whether i saw them in person or they phoned me i was met with professional and jovial people. I appointed the Melvyn Danes Wythall office to help help me sell my house. I live overseas, and wanted someone I could trust to get on with it without be having to chase after them every day. Extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. We were on the verge of finalising our house purchase but were ultimately forced to withdraw due to very poor customer service. While a few staff members were professional and supportive, our repeated interactions with one particular staff member were consistently negative. We attended several viewings with her, and each time the experience was unpleasant, with behaviour that came across as dismissive and, at times, disrespectful. This was especially frustrating given how far we had progressed in the buying process. It is extremely disheartening to come so close to securing a home, only to have the experience undermined by unprofessional conduct. We raised a formal complaint regarding this issue; however, we feel that our concerns were not taken seriously, as the management appeared to support the staff member involved rather than address the situation fairly. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this estate agent.

*2021 Melvyn Danes Wythall were brilliant during the sale of our property. Every time we called the office the phone was answered straight away - Pat, Larissa & Jo were all really helpful & friendly & provided good updates on our sale progression. Our property was marketed for a reasonable price which attracted enough viewings for it to sell quickly & very close to what it was marketed for. All viewings were carried out by Danes, they were always on time & provided feedback on viewings to us if not the same day then the following. * 2026 we used Melvyn Danes Wythall again for our sale & our new purchase was also through them. Outstanding after sale support, communication & just generally really nice people.
