Yellmelyn danes letting
Patrick Waters has been in the business for so long he believes he is now above the law, would never go with the agent again. Worst experienced ever in every sense.

YellUnprofessional service
I had very bad experience with Melvyn Danes Estate Agents. Full of deceit and lies through out the process. What they are interested is their commission. never on their clients or vendors. Very unprofessional. If you called within 5 minutes you would get two different lies. I will never trust them again!!!

YellNever return calls, inaccurate description of properties
As a buyer, dealing with Melvyn Danes has been a nightmare, from their deceitful descriptions of properties (living rooms described as "bedroom 4"), to the fact that they never return any calls.

Avoid at all cost, worst letting agent just in making money from contracts
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
