GoogleOur experience with Danes Wythall has been absolutely fantastic! As soon as we met Pat, we knew we’d be choosing Danes. She was so knowledgeable of the local area and she priced our house well (but was also realisitic☺️) All agents that did the viewings with Danes were always really organised and informative. Once the house was sold, Larissa and Pat were absolutely incredible with helping the sale go through. They were always on the other end of the phone and were SO helpful with any issues as well as informative. Larissa was always in touch with regular updates. We fully recommend Danes Wythall to anyone in the local area who is thinking of selling/buying a home. Thank you so much!

TrustpilotReally bad experience with Melvyn Danes
I had a disappointing experience with Melvyn Danes due to a lack of transparent communication. We submitted a verbal offer over the phone immediately after a property viewing, expecting it would be conveyed to the sellers. The next day, we were even scheduled for a follow-up viewing the following day, only to find out that the property had already been sold without our offer being communicated. We were told that a much higher offer was accepted but at the same time saying that our offer was not conveyed to the sellers. This oversight was extremely disappointing and left us feeling that our interest in the property, being treated with bias and deliberate negligence, was not taken seriously.

GoogleWhat can I say about the team? Nothing short of exceptional. Larissa kept us up to date throughout the process and responded to my constant queries promptly. Our move was very stressful on the day, with huge delays in getting the keys. Pat went above and beyond to ensure that we didn't end up sleeping in our cars for the weekend! We really appreciated their support during a very stressful moment. If you are looking to move, I highly recommend the team.

They knew the local market and were clearly very realistic with the price suggested to market it at as it sold for the asking price. GoogleThe whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I’ve previously been unsure about the value of an estate agent but they proved themselves to be worth their weight in gold. Everything was arranged for us and they managed to secure the price we needed for both the sale and purchase. Danes also stepped in and made sure the solicitors and other parties were kept in the loop at all times ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Do not hesitate in using their services!

GoogleTotally incompetent and disappointing. Had a viewing booked in- originally when I made the booking the woman I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, I remarked that I had seen the property was no longer in the market according to rightmove, she assure me it was and booked me in for the following day. I get to the property and no one is there. When I called Danes I got through to the same woman. Same attitude- rude, didn’t sound like she was bothered in the slightest and didn’t sound sorry at all, she was so rude. When I told her no one had answered the door she said the house has been taken off the market, to which I said that no one had informed me. She said everyone was called and I said again that I hadn’t, so she asked me my name and I told her that it was her I’d spoken to yesterday. She then said very dozily, oh yes I remember, clearly hadn’t written it down or made a note of my details. She then rambled on about being confused but honestly didn’t care like she gave a single….. then she finally said oh I apologise but only cause she had to and it was her mistake. Really disappointed as I’d left work early to make this viewing, as well as had my family come from across town and meet me. Learn to do your job properly and whilst you’re at it, get some people skills. Rude and dozy 2 out of 2 times, really not on.
