GoogleWe would definitely recommended McFarlane to anyone looking to find a rental property in the area. We are first time renters and were on under time pressure to move, our designated negotiator Keira was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Keira was truthful and reliable and always on hand to answer queries and put our minds at ease. We can’t thank her and the team enough for their guidance.

GoogleFaultless experience selling through McFarlane. Easy to list using the app, great pictures and advertisement and a quick sale was secured. They then did everything they could to progress the sale through to completion with constant communication up and down the chain and to me as the vendor! Very proactive and no upfront charges for listing / photos etc. Particular shout outs to Tim and Christina (Christina is a machine on the sales progression side!). Would recommend!!! Rachel Howells

GoogleMc Farlanes have been renting a property to a friend of mine and I’m disgusted that she has had to put up with rats for a year and they have done nothing about, the owner has tried his best but this estate agent have done absolutely nothing even though they have a exterminator on their books as they have said so. My friend pays a lot of money for this property and the way she has been treated is beyond belief.

GoogleDisgusted with the state of properties presented. First one had a current tenant and was filthy, stuff everywhere and bathroom covered in mold. No inspections or standards? Second one didn't even have a tenant yet no effort had been made to clean up. Had a look inside the fridge and there was stinking rotting food inside!! Unbelievable. Even the estate agent ran away in disgust. Sort it out please, this sort of stuff contributes to Swindon's awful reputation.
