The team did an excellent job, right from the initial consultation and pricing-advice, through the listing and viewings and to completion. Ollie was really helpful, Victoria toiled away relentlessly and Christine provided much needed emotional support! Thanks to the entire team - wouldn't hesitate to work with you again.

GoogleWe’ve had a very good experience with Oliver at the Cricklade branch whilst looking for a home to buy. We built up a great rapport with him and he was understanding and supportive when we lost our buyer on our property. With Oliver and Tim’s reassurance, we managed to get our dream move to Cricklade and so far the process has been smooth sailing with the use of the app etc. Oliver continues to work hard for us answering queries and going above and beyond with our requests.

GoogleI could not find fault with this team over the sale of a property. Every person I dealt with was clear about their responsibilities and worked with determination…..and they also interacted extremely well as a team. Always very responsive to questions and suggestions, they were also supportive and kind when it was needed! A shout out to Christina, Tim, Oliver and Rachael. Would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleTry to avoid this estate agent. Especially if you are renting a property. Anyone looking to rent property look for other options but try to avoid these ones. They will never return your deposit and always make claims and qoutes of those claims at 300% higher rate. My 2 other friends had similar experience with them and they cautioned me about them but i rented a property despite of that which was biggest mistake of my life.

GoogleTina at McFarland was fantastic. When the offers came in, she broke each one down clearly, flagged the details that mattered, and made sure we understood every option before we decided. She was patient, responsive, and never pushy, just honest, expert guidance the whole way through. By the time we accepted, we felt completely confident in our decision. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

GoogleVery upset! My partner and I were due to view a flat in cricklade, the night before we received an email saying the viewing was still going ahead. Barely 2 hours before our viewing my partner received an email saying “your viewing has been cancelled” no explanation at all. So my partner phoned up and was told the flat had been let. Even tho it wasn’t available to let until September. May as-well have listed it as “first come first server” because by the looks of things, no one else gets a chance after one persons shown interest. Didn’t even have a chance to view it or get close to looking into placing a holding deposit. This was going to be our first ever rental. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Can safely say we’ll be looking at other letting agencies in the future. Nice way to destroy a young couples hope at freedom.
Hi Shannon, it's disappointing to see the review you have left today. We are sorry that you missed out on this property but the property in question has been on the market for 42 days giving plenty of time to enquire and book a viewing before now. Yesterday, the property remained available but unfortunately, it just happened to be that an earlier viewing of the property came forward with an application this morning. It was explained to the landlord that there were further viewings booked in but the landlord deemed the application received as suitable and as such was accepted and a holding deposit paid. Under the Tenant Fee Act 2019, once a holding deposit is received we are no longer permitted to market a property or continue viewings which is why we had to cancel your appointment. My colleague tried to call your partner to advise that the property had been let and to see if we could offer any other suitable properties for you to view. Unfortunately, there was no answer to our call so a voicemail was left and a follow up email and SMS sent to inform him of the cancellation. We would be more than happy to offer viewings at any other property we have advertised that you believe may be suitable and should you wish to receive property alerts for new listings then please give the office a call on 01793 611841 and this can be setup for you if it hasn't already.
