Happy with our home and the service from Abbey Homes

We recently bought a new house on the Hawthorns development at Stoke Mandeville. Since moving in last year in November, we have asked Abbey Homes for advice on a number of matters and they have been extraordinarily helpful. We have had no issues with the house which is a high quality build and any minor snagging issues (always expected with a new home) have been dealt with efficiently and promptly by the site team. We have found Dean, the site manager and also Henry who works with him to be particularly helpful and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abbey Homes to anyone and feel that they definitely do provide a first class and caring service.

Firstly I would like to state that Dante (Customer Service Manager) has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Like the vast majority of New builds; problems arise and sometimes in an abundance, however the aftercare that we have received has been impeccable. The estate is well designed with a very small amount of dwellings built, the house is amazing and we’re now loving our new abode. Disappointing customer service

We moved into our house on Low Weald Lane in Horsham over a year ago and we are still waiting for our snagging to be completed. Customer service has been very poor and we have had to wait months between consultations regarding what needs to be done. Customer service from Abbey Homes deteriorated rapidly as soon as they got their money, they don’t seem interested anymore. We love our first home but have been left very disappointed and frustrated that a brand new home has imperfections which nobody seems interesting in solving for us.

Fantastic new home

We recently moved into our brand new Abbey home at Harts Hall Place a week before Christmas, and it’s been great .From the time we reserved the plot, Sam from sales has been on hand to help with any queries or problems we had.We were kept up to date with the progress of the build and even got some lovely photos sent over on email so we could see how it was progressing.The whole process from reservation to completion has been a stress free experience.We have a few snagging issues as you would expect with a new build , but the site manager has been on hand to discuss these and we are confident these will be resolved promptly.I would recommend this developer to anyone looking for a new home and couldn’t be happier with our lovely new home .

Love our new Abbey Home at Tavistock PlaceThe whole process was very smooth, our house was even ready a month earlier than expected, not many builders deliver homes early. Mick the site manager has been fantastic at making sure the few minor snags that we’ve had are sorted out quickly. One small issue with lack of storage in the kitchen, not enough shelves in the cupboards, but overall value for money is exceptional. Garden is a good size in comparison to some new build houses we looked at and also not overlooked. Very happy buyers

Lovely Experience @ Harrowden Green

I have just bought a new home from Abbey New Homes and the process from start to finish has been absolutely excellent.Starting off with the Abbey Sales Manager who was very friendly, courteous and professional and took a real interest in meeting my requirements.
