Having had a troubled experience with another agent I approach Loveitts with the intention of selling my property at auction. The staff especially Sara, Chloe and Sally were all extremely supportive and very knowledgeable about the process. They helped me through the process and had great communication. They offered a really nice personal touch in answering any questions and queries that I had. Sara provided clear and concise updates with my sale regarding viewings and potential buyers. I felt she was really on my side and I don’t think I would have gotten through the process without the solid updates provided. Thank you so much to Sara, Cloe and Sally. 5 Star Service!!Made contact with Loveitts and and an agent called Jade came out to see me straight away. Fast Service.Agreed to Let with them, tenant found that same day!! Moved in 5 x days later after all the contracts and searches had been received!! 5 x Days!!!Jade has been amazing and worked with me the whole way. Always on the end of the phone or email. Was attentive and helpful throughout. Needless to say i wont be looking elsewhere!!!

Great estate agents! Good communication, responsive and proactive right through the process. Michelle, Jamie Connor and Chelsey were always approachable, friendly and professional in assisting with the sale. Michelle in particular was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls and clearly very experienced in closing sales.

After a poor experience with another estate agent we switched to Loveitts (Nuneaton). What a difference. Jason was prompt in evaluating the property and it was being advertised within 24hrs. Sold within a few weeks and Steve and Michelle have been great in providing guidance, advice and tracking the sale on their dashboard. We couldn't have asked for better. Would highly recommend this company and team.

Despite giving a leaving notice of 3 month period, still haunt you for rent.Disappointing service, disgraceful behaviour.Did I have to climb mount Everest to take my name off the tenancy??Why couldn't you tell me when I handed over 3 month notice that I need to burn some midnight oil for getting off the tenancy? Why were you not transparent about it then? This is the trickery and dubious behaviour that you guys exhibit.If I tell you that I am leaving, I am not concerned about the other person. You should have entered into a new contract with the other person and NOT kept me in the contract.And you should've told me what else I should do do to get my name off the contract, which you haven't even donenow!!

This means that even if one tenant leaves, the remaining tenants and the departing tenant are responsible for ensuring that the rent is paid in full until the tenancy ends or is officially transferred.We understand that you provided a three-month notice. However, as your name remained on the tenancy agreement, you were still legally obligated to contribute to the rent during this period. Our actions aligned with the lease terms, and we aim to ensure that all parties involved reasonably met the contractual obligations.We apologise if this caused any frustration or misunderstanding. We recently went to market to sell our home. We chose the agent selling the house we wanted to buy, which was outlined from the beginning by us, along with budget, expectations, and that we wanted a transparent and trusting relationship from the start. We put in an offer which we were told was liked by the vendor and that we’d have a week whilst they were on holiday to present our property in readiness. We were of the understanding that we were the primary contestant for the property but this was not the case, we were actually insurance in case the purchaser they had already acted on pulled out. We were not told of this purchaser, meaning we never stood a chance of buying this property. We went through allowing viewing of our own property unaware we did not have a chance of the house we were on the market to buy had already sold, and when we were informed, it was on the back of a discussion regarding our own property viewing.We are now of the impression that Loveitts, recently bought by another company, operate for their own purposes. They are opaque. Untrustworthy and we hope we never have to deal with this company again as we know that we could not trust anything they said. They will do anything for their commission, using your hard earned property. You are nothing but their cash vehicle. Disgusting.

GoogleWe moved to Loveitts after a difficult experience with another agent. Loveitts have been fantastic. In particular, we've had really good support from Jas Bagri. His patience and guidance has been invaluable. The house we've sold wasn't an easy project; it needed some serious renovation. Jas' help to navigate the good and bad news from surveys etc, and the time delays, was crucial to get us over the line. I would not hesitate to recommend Lovietts and Jas Bagri. Thank you

Got awesome guidance from Becky when booking a last minute viewing.She's looked after us, as we were travelling from London to Coventry and managed to squeeze us in for an early viewing, although spaces were tight.She's also gone above and beyond in making sure we get to the house safe and sound, and on time. GoogleThere is no negative rating for this very cheap and unprofessional service. Today, I had an appointment at 2 o'clock. I called them beforehand to confirm, and an hour before the appointment, I called again, and they confirmed it. However, exactly at 2 o'clock, they didn't send an email, message, or call. I called them again at 2 o'clock, and they said my meeting was canceled. This is unacceptable, and they didn't inform me in advance. Very bad service. Don't prefer this agency; it is the worst ever. My entire day was wasted because of this agency. I traveled from London to Coventry for a one-hour appointment, and they cheated me.
