TrustpilotExcellent Professionalism & Service
Edward @Walsgrave SBN Branch professionalism was consistent. It’s always on time for appointments and provided reliable advice. His reliability was crucial during the maintenance call request in my property. I trust SBN because of their excellent reputation in the real estate business, and they did not disappoint me at all since about 10 years been renting from them. Their reliability and expertise ensured a smooth enquiry process, and they’re beyond grateful for their help.
The Manager Venita @Warwick Row Branch she is also a true professional! With her ability to provide clear guidance with my Electricity service maintenance. We will refer them to potential customers looking for a trustworthy Estate agent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SBN.

TrustpilotFirst auction experience
This was my first experience of using an auction house to sell a property and it could not have been better. My initial enquiry was greeted with an honest and balanced review of my needs and advice was given freely without any kind of pressure to sign up. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly and I could see their (Sally and Sara) knowledge of both the local area and the market was considerable. They guided me through the process from start to finish, the end result was better than I could have hoped for and the fees entirely reasonable. They went the extra mile more than once. Having worked in sales and customer service my entire career I can say without hesitation that they get it so right. I shall recommend these guys again and again.
