Rebekah Gill helped me with the eviction of a troublesome and unpleasant tenant. Rebekah went above and beyond, phoning me, writing extra emails and letters to the tenant, filling forms so all I had to do was sign, and she was helpful, friendly and supportive throughout. She nearly had me in tears a couple of times; I could not believe how far she put herself out to help me. Eviction was successful and R did far more than she had to. I would recommend Rebekah and Loveitts to anyone going through the grim eviction process! Superb. Thank you.

Loveitts have been fantastic from the word go, from the moment I met Sara at the property to the moment the sale completed! They explained the whole process, entered the property into an auction much sooner than I expected and kept me informed at regular intervals throughout. Sara advised me on the guide /reserve price according to the level of interest generated and she was absolutely spot on with her advice. The property achieved more than we expected and was all completed with the money in the bank in 4 weeks without any problems. What an excellent service! Thank you Sara, Chloe and the auction team for all your help and advice, I would most definitely recommend you to anyone or indeed use your services again myself in the future.

Difficult house to sell

I think selling this house was one of the most difficult houses ever caused by difficult tenants, buyers pulling out and then the buyer from hell. And throughout the process, the Loveitts team kept their cool and got the house sold. They most certainly earnt their fee from my house and then probably more. Shame I don’t have more properties to auction!

Never auctioned a property before. I was under the impression my property could go for a lot less than I wanted and it was a gamble. This isn’t true. I had a reserve and got more than reserve. And we started off at a low price too! Gets them interested. The turn around time is 28 days for payment so that’s a positive… or like us we agreed at the beginning with one bidder if they were to win then we would wait a few more weeks. Also, you. CAn decide if the property is empty or not so the buyer takes on that responsibility as long as you put it in the pack. Great team. sara and Chloe were very helpful from start to finish. They even do all the viewings for you which is included in the small fee they charge to list. You only pay another fee if the property sells and it’s very reasonable.

Excellent Letting Service

We have used the letting services of Loveitts for a number of years. Avril and Lauren are true professionals! They have recently managed a very difficult tenant with exceptional patience and maintained a professional and firm stance at all times, despite the tenant being abusive and displaying ridiculous and uncooperative behaviour.They are expert in their field, their knowledge of the letting business is second to none.
