Our experience of Loveitts while trying to purchase a new build property has to be the worst we have ever had. Despite selling three of the four properties on the same development they still did not know the property was not connected to mains drains and it took them three weeks to find out this information. In addition to this the property was not at it was described breaching numerous planning conditions. Luckily after speaking with Rugby Borough Council Planning Department we decided to withdraw our offer. Within minutes the property was re listed on Rightmove with no alterations to the description. I just hope for the new buyers sake Loveitts have disclosed the issues and they are rectified before they exchange so they are not left with the cost of sorting out the issues themselves.

After years of having trouble with renting our property in Coventry we found Loveitts Estate Agents who were recommended by the neighbour of the said property. It has been the best decision we have made. Jade has been absolutely amazing, her professionalism and persistence in finding us good tenants has to be commended. In my case landlord just didn’t want to accept application by his personal evaluation (Nothing wrong with application). FUNNY GOT BLOCKED FROM THEIR PAGE AFTER TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM. IF ANYONE WANTS EVIDANCE OF MY ACCUSATIONS FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME I HAVE MANY BACK AND FORTH EMAILS AS EVIDANCE I rented a property through loveitts. They were nothing but rude and unprofessional throughout my entire property. Upon moving in I had several issues. I had no running hot water during the night. I also had storage heaters had several issues with them to the point I had no heating. After contacting loveitts me and my partner was left without hot water for several months. I also had a significant amount of rain water coming through my front door that caused several floods at the bottom of my stairs. Loveitts never bothered to act upon any repairs and my property was left in such a state with all the nessassary repairs. When James Cole and Rebekah Gill came out for management visits, they were nothing but rude and came across very aggressive to myself and my partner to the point where my social worker had to step in numerous of times. I was always left felt scared upon management visits. In two different occasions management have given me no warning to turning up to my property and have let themselves in on one occasion without consent. I have many emails back and forth about repairs that needed to take place. Loveitts have no consideration to their tenants and do not have their tenants saftey as first priority. After loveitts failed to carry out any repairs I stopped paying rent and placed all rent into a savings account waiting for them to carry out the repairs. After 2 months and a half months had past with no communication from the landlords in regards to the repair I served loveitts with an immediate notice to quit the property and handed the keys back. During handing the keys back, James Cole came across very judgemental and unprofessional. Therefore I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone and will warn any future people wanting to rent through loveitts to NOT TO DO SO. expecially if you have children. Loveitts are rude and unprofessional and have never had an issue with any housing provider.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
