We got an absolutely stunning house last year with loc8me. However when we first got the house it was in such poor condition it was barley cleaned, the carpets were filthy, and there was marks all over the walls. The house had so many problems, we asked for our tv to be fixed 5 times they never fixed it. Our shower was broken the whole year after being reported multiple times, it wouldn’t always give hot water. We had to wait ages for something to be fixed. My key was bent and I emailed to ask for a replacement heard no reply from them. One afternoon I had a very important job interview for a graduate job and I told loc8me not to come for an inspection that day and they said okay (doubled checked as well) but in the middle of my interview I had someone from loc8me barge into the house shouting loudly ‘hello loc8me!!’ Which was very embarrassing for me as I had to stop my interview to tell him to come back later. I called loc8me about it, they didn’t really care and all they give could give as an apology was they said they would send Peter pizzeria vouchers, which never came!! When we had repairs they would always send a very creepy man who would be staring at us girls. On one occasion I had him stare at my breast area and said my sports bra looked nice on me and was asking lots of questions about it which I thought was very unprofessional! On a positive the cooker and washing machine broke which were replaced quite quickly! Not a great company but they have nice houses in my opinion.

It was the worst place I've lived until now. And I've lived in Romania, Spain and Cyprus. Before I've moved in I was not told about all the problems the flat is having. They told me they will change the door and they did after 6 an a half months later. We got locked inside because of that. It was taking us 5-10 minutes to unlock and lock back the door. We had mice, one of the showers never worked, the drainage was blocked for 7 months, we didn't have a real address, I've never received any of my mail, and many other problems. The agency didn't care of any of this problems, blaming the owner. This year is the same owner but they are continuing managing the property. Who they will blame this year?

Lived with loc8me for 2 years and i must say the 2 best years i have had. They were responsive to any of my questions during the signing process and helped me pick what worked around my budget. All the lettings staff are fantastic and so helpful. Also, the property mangers are friendly and always respect tenants wishes regarding the property and access. Especially at Williams House where i lost my keys multiple times and the manager Emily was always friendly and responsive. 100% would recommend! PS great freebies!
