Everyone at loc8me is so great, Especially Alec who has been super helpful and made sure i had everything i needed. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for student housing in lboro area!!

Lazy and unprofessional staff that do nothing on time. Loc8me houses are all cheaply finished and completely messes in terms of comfortable living. They do not give the deposits back. Never use them

Very helpful when finding accommodation for starting back at University this year. Special thanks to Fern who has been very efficient when it came to anything we needed. Would highly recommend to any students looking for accommodation in the Leicester area.

Alec is a great property manager, I was shown round properties by Alec. He knew all the information about the property and was really helpful and friendly. I ended up signing with them. Would recommend him and the agency for students in Loughborough

a very calm experience, the process for letting our student house was easy with loc8me, and the staff are very helpful and acc nice. fern from loc8me was really understanding and helpful when we had to move from our old property fairly quickly, and made the process stress free for all of us the house itself is so sick, bare modern and had everything included, the best looking student house i’ve probably ever seen and the prices were great. loc8me is probably the first student estate agents i’ve seen that acc care about students, unlike some others 🤨 *(the the one that begins with a d and ends in vers). i’ll leave the rest to your imagination but yeah all in all it’s been a pretty sick experience dealing with loc8me, i’m in my final year but if i DID have to rent another student property it would defo be with loc8me.

I have been looking for accommodation in Leicester for a few months now, and I have to admit, loc8me have been the most prompt and efficient company I have used. They are easily accessible and responded to all my queries in a timely and trustworthy manner. I would especially like to thank Fern, she was so patient and kind towards me. I especially appreciated how she suggested different accommodations for me, as well as sending me videos of the rooms. I couldn't recommend enough :)

At first they lure you in with attractive propositions and freebies which is great, but as soon as you move in and something goes wrong your on your own, they send people out to fix things but it’s all done to the bare minimum, the houses are finished well but again just done for appearance and don’t stand withstand any day to day use, all before they charge you to replace the poor quality furnishings and decorations. We found ourselves regularly being bullied by unprofessional and lazy agents who would do anything to save themselves money even if it was there fault. Overall I would never use this company ever again!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM LOC8ME

Do not purchase the non-refundable lifestyle package over the deposit. They promise to cover any minor damages at the end of tenancy, which is an absolute lie. They have conned us out of £400 and are expecting further money for damages. Save yourself the stress and use a more reputable letting agency.
