GoogleScott was incredibly quick, efficient, and professional when dealing with the maintenance issues we had at the property. He responded promptly to our requests and made the whole process very easy and stress-free. He was friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was properly addressed rather than simply doing a quick fix. We really appreciated his communication and how reliable he was throughout the process. It was reassuring to know that the issues were being handled by someone who was both knowledgeable and genuinely attentive. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner, and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Thank you so much, Scott, for your great work and for being so helpful! :)

GoogleNeeded to rent a place last minute for my third year of uni and Jess was immensely helpful and knowledgeable about the properties available. She made sure everything went smoothly and worked quickly and efficiently. What could have been a stressful, time consuming process ended up being surprisingly streamlined. If you're her boss, give her a pay raise.

GoogleThankyou to Scott as our landlord. We had an issue with a gas leak and Scott was really quick to respond and helped us get everything organised and sorted. His communication was great throughout, and he made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend Scott as a landlord!

GoogleDisorganised and plain lazy, they were over a month late to pay deposit back. Also tried to add extra charges for “removing waste” from the flat that was “leftover”, yet all the waste is furniture that was present when i moved in! Clearly cannot keep an effective inventory of their properties, and have took the p*** entirely. I paid an extortionate amount to rent their property, but still have the audacity to try to take half my deposit.

GoogleI moved into a room with Loc8me in August 2026. On arrival, I found significant mould, water damage, and disrepair around a plumbing access panel in the bathroom, swollen and rotting board, corroded pipework, cracked tiling, and staining consistent with a leak. I raised this immediately and was told in person at the office that it looked “cosmetic” and would be at the landlord’s discretion. When I followed up, I was also told the contractor’s attendance wasn’t urgent and no timeframe could be given. I later obtained a copy of the property’s own inventory report, completed a month before I moved in, which already recorded the bathroom sealant as not mould-free and the bathroom as not “clean, clear and free from damages”, confirming this was a known, pre-existing issue that hadn’t been resolved before I moved in. The video I was shown before signing (I wasn’t able to view in person) did not show this damage. After weeks of back and forth, a repair was eventually carried out. Shortly afterward, further issues emerged in the same bathroom: a non-functioning extractor fan and a shower that leaks water onto the floor. To Loc8me’s credit, once escalated, the branch manager was responsive and did agree to release me from my tenancy earlier than the standard notice period. However, I don’t think a new tenant should have to go through this level of persistence just to get a pre-existing, documented issue taken seriously. I’d recommend anyone considering booking with Loc8me to insist on an in-person viewing and request the property’s inventory/condition report before signing. OR BETTER YET, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND EMOTIONAL TURMOIL

GoogleI had a great experience with Loc8me, especially with Darcy. She was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. She arranged an online viewing for me and was very patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. Since I’m currently arranging my accommodation remotely, her support made the whole process much easier and gave me confidence in my decision.
