Honestly if there was an option to give 0 I would! 5 MOSTYN ROAD BIRMINGHAM I am absolutely sick to dead of this company they are so unprofessional absolutely disgusting people and don’t know how to treat people. We’ve had a mice infestation since September 2023 and it is still ongoing now July 2024. All the staff we have dealt with are so horrible don’t know how to communicate with each other, we keep getting threats that we’ll be taken to court as we have every single right to withhold rent because of what we have had to deal with. They have marked the issue as resolved when it hasn’t been resolved. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY. I physically cannot go into the kitchen and make myself food because of the mice it is so disgusting! we reported on Monday that we had another sighting of mice EMMA had told us that she needed confirmation from the landlord to send out a contractor it is now Saturday evening and no one has come and we have seen mice throughout the week roaming around in the house. They tried to blame us about the mice when we’re all clean people and was an issue the first day we walked into this property. You all need to sort yourself out whoever is behind loc8me get a grip I beg you because your ridiculous. The last time I wrote a review they took it down and from reading everyone else experience they dont value any of their tenants seems as though they just want our money.

Absolutely dreadful Landlords (Leeds office )The flat rented was clean and tidy inside . Not well maintained outside at all . Repairs to plumbing and toilet needed completing the entire 12 months of lease and was never fixed . The office staff are rude unhelpful ignored messages and phone calls . When we left we cleaned and tidied and they lied saying it was dirty and we had stolen furniture so they withheld the deposit . Fortunately I took a dated video of the clean tidy flat with complete furniture to fight this decision . Would NOT recommend.

I will now be taking formal action and take this to the next level. Considering i had only days left to find a replacement tenant i still have had NO support or work done on YOUR end, in order to succeed at this due to utter incompetence of Loc8me. We have been left hung out to dry from March, despite the risk of being left liable to costs as soon as the 1st July comes, despite finding replacement tenants the day before.We have been looking to terminate our contract early before our move in date, from March. We were due to move in on the 2nd July, however no longer wanted the property due to inconvenience's and unprofessionalism. This has been liaised with their team, by passing on new interests of people who would take the property, however the responses were appalling and someone who was ready to sign the contract on that day was not contacted. Many people were waiting to be contacted back but had’nt received responses. Their excuse was: THEY GOT LOGGED OUT THEIR WHATSAPP ACCOUNT!As well as this we must state, that after we had shown interest and placed the deposit down, the Price of the property PCM had been changed and we have proof of this. Can this also please be further looked into as we do understand this should not be the case. We are constantly being told we’d have to pay if we can’t find tenants, but months have gone by and nobody has helped us which is unfair!There is still no progress here nor aid in concluding this tenancy despite tenants being found CLEARLY. It almost feels prolonged intentionally at this moment in time, and both myself and my sister are now considering legal action. We feel swindled. Not only this, many reviews regarding loc8me online, express the same level poor experiences that we are currently having and can relate to. As well as this when we tried to Liaise with various members of your team, Molly & Liv, especially Siohban (Branch manager) who responded to another review i posted asking me to email her, but i haven’t received a response at all. Molly went on annual leave so there was no one for us to contact or communicate with, therefore we had over a month where we had no one to communicate with or pass further interested tenants on to.
