GoogleSTEER CLEAR!!!.. Constantly ignore you when you have any issues in the property but harass the life out you for rent when it's not even due!, threaten to enter the property while your out even tho it's against the law!!!.. when you've finally had enough good luck trying to get back your deposit!!.. 2yrs and still ignored!!! Oh and they also tell you the property is going on the market to sell but re let the wk later lol.. only know this as it was a friend and what do you know their getting the same problems!!! 2021 and still no deposit back!!!

Hi Simon - we feel this is absolutely unjust and have so much positive communication from you and refunded your full deposit on the last day of your tenancy. Whilst you wanted to leave your tenancy early - just because we failed to secure suitable replacement tenants does not mean that we did not provide a great service to you as echoed in emails from your partner throughout the tenancy. Had you not chosen to move into another larger property mid tenancy meaning that you had the financial burden of paying two rents we feel this review would not been made. You were excellent tenants hence getting the full deposit back - we carried out over 20 viewings at your property and it was no benefit to us to keep viewing the property instead of progressing an application but as you are aware the landlord did not feel the applicants were strong enough to pass our strict referencing criteria. GoogleI have had so many disappointing experiences and a second property purchase almost falling through (after the first one did) and honestly I would be without my first home without the Sales and Lettings Angels! At first, I had Esme who left and I was prepared for everything to fall apart (as was the case with every other firm involved in my purchase) but not here! Kane came along absolutely ready to push this through! I couldn't be happier with his determination, commitment and friendliness. Kelly has been great, too. Hi Charlie - as you abandoned the property and have left several thousands of pounds of debt in rent arrears after failing to ventilate the property leaving condensation in several areas of the property and leaving the house very dirty this is a surprising review. Also we have a payment plan in place for you which you have agreed to having left the area due to your change in circumstance.

I would like to give a special thanks to Mair Malnati who eased the whole process for me. she was always very responsive and helpful throughout the whole year. I would also like to thank the agency for not letting us freeze when our boiler got broken during the year. They immediately book an airbnb house for 4 nights in a very nice house nearby our house. They also managed to get us all the stuff that we needed in the house. Thanks for being so flexible and helpful!PositiveResponsiveness
