GoogleSales & Lettings Angels sold my house for me. They were efficient and supportive, especially when my buyer withdrew over the Easter weekend! GoogleI have transferred the management of my property to these guys and haven’t say I’m very impressed with the reports I have received and communication. Plenty of photos and recommendations to keep on top on maintenance issues that would likely cause an issue in the future. Would recommend to landlords like me who thought changing agency would be too much hassle but they took care of every thing relatively easy and quickly

GoogleI rented with Sales & Lettings Angels last year and after many previous experiences with other agencies over the year, I have to say these are the absolutely the best around. They are so easy to get hold of unlike most agencies I have contacted and you actually get to speak to a person on the phone. Response times are great and the house I lived in for my last year in University was incredible. I would highly recommend using the Angels if you are looking for a student house! Everyone in their agency is lovely and always helpful and an added extra is they have the cutest dogs in the office when you pop in to collect your keys! :)

GoogleRenting through Sales & Lettings Angels was a thoroughly stressful and frustrating experience. We were handed over a property that already had pre-existing issues, including broken cupboards, yet they attempted to deduct money from our deposit for those exact damages when we left. During the tenancy, we also had to deal with serious damp and mould problems. Although the issue was eventually resolved while I was living there, they tried to use the tenancy's end as an opportunity to hit us with unfair charges. Even though all keys were handed over properly, they tried to claim for "missing keys" and attempted to push excessive, unwarranted deductions out of my deposit. Fortunately, the deposit was secured with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service), who conducted a fair and independent review and ultimately returned my money back. Their deposit claim process feels predatory and dishonest.

While end-of-tenancy deposit discussions can naturally be contentious, we are proud of our team’s proactive management, transparent communication, and commitment to upholding high property standards for our landlords. Our Role & Legal Framework As a letting agency, our job is to act responsibly on behalf of property owners by thoroughly recording move-out conditions. Lettings Angels does not set deposit scheme rules, nor do we decide deposit outcomes. The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) is an independent, legally binding body, and we strictly follow their formal resolution process. Proactive Management & Evidence Provided As shown throughout the tenancy and in the official DPS report, our team was consistently accessible, active, and diligent: Active Property Monitoring: Our regular contact and routine inspection reports (including our February 2026 check) proved our continuous engagement with the property and made it easy for issues to be raised and logged. Evidence Submitted: We provided full check-in, check-out, and interim reports alongside contractor invoices. The tenant submitted initial photos, but notably failed to provide their referenced video evidence prior to the official DPS deadline. The DPS Adjudication Outcome The DPS's independent evaluation confirmed that our property assessment was justified on multiple counts, awarding funds to the landlord from the disputed amount: £75.00 was agreed pre-adjudication for baseline cleaning and gardening. £114.60 was awarded by the DPS to cover tenant liabilities, including waste removal, further garden maintenance, and wall decor damage beyond fair wear and tear. Disallowed items (such as keys, pre-existing unit defects, and mould redecoration) were ruled on based on strict evidentiary thresholds (such as statutory damp survey requirements), which we respect and abide by in full. Ultimately, this process proves that renting through Lettings Angels means dealing with an accessible, highly professional agency that manages properties thoroughly, communicates clearly, and abides fully by independent legal standards.
