GoogleI contacted the office every day for three consecutive days in an attempt to arrange a viewing at Lambourne Crescent and was given a different excuse each time. Initially, I was told someone would call me back, which never happened. Then I was told no viewings were currently being carried out, followed by being told I would be informed if viewings became available. Finally, after repeated attempts, I was told that dogs were not allowed in the property. What made this particularly frustrating is that both Janice and Siobhan had already been made aware, on multiple occasions, that although my partner and I had initially hoped to bring a family dog, we had already made the decision to leave him with family because we understood how difficult it can be to secure a rental property that accepts pets. Despite this being clearly explained, it still appeared to be used as a reason to prevent us from progressing. On my third day phoning, Janice in particular was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. The overall communication was inconsistent, unclear, and gave the impression that genuine prospective tenants were being actively discouraged rather than assisted. Given the current rental market, it is surprising that a property could remain available for over a month, and based on this experience, it is difficult not to question whether poor handling by staff is contributing to that. If I were a landlord, I would be extremely concerned about how potential tenants are being treated, and as a prospective tenant, I found the service unacceptable. I would also be more than hesitant to view and/or apply for any properties managed by this company in the future.

GoogleHi This agency not treating the tenant as a human being. They took my money and not allowed to speak with the person who was spoke to me initially but hide him for speaking about the refusal of tenancy ref. I agreed that may be we failed to give reference but this agency attitude is not open mind. So, I never advised to contact for any property related with this agency. Sorry I feel hurt.

GoogleRefreshing to have a decent student letting company! I’m a parent of a student that rented a property from Lettings Angels this past year. Our experience from another lettings company (who shall remain nameless on this review), was dreadful the year before and I expected the same this year, thinking all agents were the same. But, I’ve decided that this company deserve credit where credit is due. The property that was rented was not without problems (what house is?) however, communication was always easy and apologetic for any inconvenience caused whenever the tenants had to contact and I was assured problems were being resolved- which they were, and when they said they would, which was peace of mind for me as a parent. An end of tenancy professional clean was paid for by daughter and other tenants and it was money well spent, as deposit returned in full today. Much better than other agents, who quite frankly made up issues to withhold monies. Overall, a positive experience - and I would say, if you have a choice of student property with this agent, go with them!
