GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. Cannot praise the Marple office high enough. When our move was in danger of collapse the staff went the extra yard and liaised with us and our buyer everyday. Ultimately without their help the move may not have happened. Special thanks to Claire who was just unbelievably supportive and proactive! Always there to help us. Thank you!!!

GoogleMolly was brilliant! Not so for the other members of staff who I won’t name… they had an issue with the price of my purchase and seemed to take it personally so much so even my solicitor called me to say they had been very off with her and was there a problem. I had been told on the phone that I had had my offer accepted and they couldn’t believe it, they didn’t congratulate me they were so put out that my offer had been accepted (it was not that low!) the property I had bought needed a lot of work doing and they needed a quick sale, they were in disbelief that the seller had accepted and told me this at length and were very rude, completely ruining what should be a very happy moment as a buyer. They weee also very curt on the phone on further calls and made a point of calling me several times although I was more than up to date with email contact and replies. Molly showed me the property and was brilliant, stayed late for a visit for me and was very supportive by comparison so thank you so much Molly! She also was very intuitive showing me this property as it was a perfect fit.
