Sold our house but not really sure where to start as our experience of Lawlers was a shambles from start to finish. Other than having a good lister who knew the right words to say to get us on board, our dealings were completely down hill from there. There’s no accountability from anyone, and it was very clear from very early on that despite being our agent, they were not dealing with our best interests at heart. Had we not been in a position where we needed to sell our property we would have definitely withdrawn and gone with a different agent. For a sales progresser, Kathrine had little to no knowledge about where our sale was actually up to and her responses to us always involved passing the blame. We felt as though we had to do the majority of the leg work towards the end in order to get our sale over the line, with little to no involvement from lawlers. Disappointingly but not surprisingly, we didn’t even so much as receive a phone call or email of congratulations on exchange/completion, which I suppose hits the nail on the head with our experience all together. Would not recommend.

I used Lawlers to purchase my new house in Hazel Grove. After an arduous and long-winded sale process, Lawlers kept me sane and Sophie (in particular) was instrumental in getting my new purchase over the line. She was the only person in the chain/proceedings proactively chasing down multiple delays (buy/sell solicitors AND selling estate agents). I received great communication throughout (which was the most important element for me). I chose to sell my property with Lawler & Co as it seemed the majority of houses in the Hazel Grove area were being listed with them and I figured they must be doing something right - I wasn't disappointed. I needed a bit of hand holding throughout the process but nothing was ever too much trouble and they were a great support network when around me the property news was doom and gloom. Milo was fantastic (as was everyone I spoke with) and they found me a wonderful buyer which resulted in the property completing in 5 weeks, a rarity I know but I couldn't have done it without them.
