GoogleIt took 18 months in total from marketing to completion to sell my house and Lawler were flawless from start to finish. They never gave up throughout the whole journey and made it their mission to get the house sold and get me to the end. They produce some of the best images as standard. They have great communication and all staff can deal with your queries. And the staff are lovely to deal with they really are.

GoogleMe and my partner just got the keys to our first home thanks to Lawler & Co. We had looked at a lot of properties before finding the one but found everyone I spoke to be less pushy and more considerate of our requirements. Once our offer was accepted they kept us updated at each stage. We dealt with Elliot, Molly and Alan and all were personable and helpful. Thank you!

GoogleI am really dissapointed with our experience with this estate agents (Hazel Grove branch) Having dealt with other estate agents in the past, I am appalled with the way we have been dealt with. Firstly, when we shown interest in the property we were viewing the communication was good and everything was positive. We made an offer on the Saturday which was initially rejected and the agent dealing with the property came back to advise us of this. We went in with a higher offer first thing on Monday morning (much higher than the original offer and closer to what the seller was looking for), which was advised to us this was being considered. I received an email in error refenced "congratulations on acceptance of your offer" which I was thrilled about however shortly recieved a phone after the email to advise this was sent to me in error and to disregard the email. Following the offer on Monday I chased twice during the week and I was told that the offer was still being considered, I called again on Friday to which I was told I would find out either way "definitely by the end of the day" to which I heard nothing further, I tried to call on Friday and recieved no response. I recieved a call this morning (Saturday) to advise that a couple had been shown round the property this morning (Saturday) and they have put in an offer higher and whilst they could not legally disclose the amount they advised that we should make a higher offer. Whilst we loved the property and would have considered a higher offer due to the way we have been treated and the lack of communication and tactics, we sadly withdrew our offer. I hope that we do not have any further dealings of this nature and in addition we will not be recommending to anyone. Buying a house and spending money of this kind, we did not expect this level of service and expected to be treated with a bit more courtesy.

GoogleAfter sending a number of requests by email to view a house and then getting no response at all, I gave them a call. Even though the property was still online I was told that it was not available anymore. Just a quick response to my viewing request, letting me know this would have been helpful!

Whilst we do try to keep all enquirers up to date with the availability of each property, the rental market moves incredibly quickly and sometimes this is not possible. GoogleThe team at Lawler looked after the sale of my home in Stockport recently. They went above and beyond to not only sell my home but to ensure we were able to get into our new build property. Although the entire team were fantastic, Kathrine takes the rock star award for agents. She was always friendly, more than helpful and had the patience of a saint when dealing with our builders and solicitor. Kathrine always had time for us even though she was very busy and that is just part of the great service they provided us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for that professional, local and personal touch.
